For real. Dogs get to go on walks and experience enriching environments. Why can't cats? It's messed up that they're stuck inside one house their entire lives.
I was certainly shy about using the stroller, but people saw my cat and enjoyed watching him. It piqued some cat owners’ interest and they approached me to ask questions about it. Great info, and yes, must be gentle and patient with cats. Important not to be rough in any way as it does take getting used to.

I'm a very active person but my cat prefers the dark and coziness of our home lol! I ordered a stroller recently so that we can go hiking and walking together!
Whenever my husband and I take our Pomeranian in a stroller, we constantly hear gasps. Like literal gasps, and then those people melt and whisper how cute he his and want to pet him. We’re taking our kitten out today in a stroller with the litterbox inside and her food and a toy, I expect the same result will happen. If people are thinking anything about you, it’s that you have an adorable pet and you love them so much that you want them to be a part of your life.
I will have to get one when I move, can't let my cats outside at new place. So glad to see positive comments. I got all the info I need to get a stroller from your video, thanks!
Nifty idea. I’ve been thinking about a stroller for awhile now. Appreciate your suggestions on how to introduce kitty to the stroller. Ya know … you’re just the best there is!!! Thanks
I have one for my 2 cats they love a walk along the prome, i must admit people do think we are simple but i look at it its safty for them the amount of dogs out and about, plus cars on the road.....
I've been wanting to get a pet stroller for my cat , Teddy , for months now and i've finally got it today . And for those of you who are either wanting or already getting your pet stroller and are self concious or afraid of what other people might think or say let me tell you something : I remember both my mom and my brother telling me how embarrased they would be if they had to come with me or be in my shoes because of what other people might think or say . And listen here's what i have to say : Me being a person who's been self concious about what people say or think about me for the most part of my life , i came to one conclusion . And that conclusion is People are going to try and ruin your day anyway just to make their day feel better , but what you can do is either laugh at them or smile at them basically letting them know that theyre not going to rain on your parade no matter how much they try . You already know the quote : Dont worry , be happy . Have a great day 😊😌.
I think this video has some valid points that I never thought about. For instance, your cat not knowing what her house looks like or the neighborhood around where she lives. I have an outdoor cat also who always manages to be back at the door around 8 pm because she knows it's time for sleep and can find her home. My inside cat not so much. I'm going to put more thought in about this, but I have to admit that there are a lot of dogs being walked around my neighborhood and that does scare me if they go after the stroller.
The dogs are an important concern, but I don't think they would attack a baby carriage. I would be more concerned about your outdoor cat getting attacked.
My male cat loves outside but he hates the harness and leash until I get it on him, the last time I finally put it on him and took him outside I stopped to talk to a neighbor and when I looked down he had gotten half way out of his harness. My female cat won’t go further than looking out the door. Blessings 💜💚
Thank you for this review. It has never bothered me a whit or a jot if I look demented wheeling a cat around, but I DO live up a lot of stairs and am looking desperately for a stroller with a removable basket or something to avoid falling to my death. That would be ideal. :)
I'm not sure about the stroller, like you I would feel a little funny about pushing my Cat around the Neiborhood? but your introduction is very funny! great video!
My 2 rescue cats beg me to let them outside all the time but soon as they hear any tiny noise, they immediately panic and sprint back inside but then, 5 mins later beg to go back out again. So I bought a stroller. I've done stroller training in my apartment. So many treats were used. They are still not too sure about it but I'll try just sitting outside with them early in the morning when it is quiet. I'll let you know how it goes.
They hated it! They immediately panicked and were scratching the inside of the stroller to escape! I only pushed them 5 meters. I am doing more stroller training inside my apartment everyday. I will try again in a few days.
I live 20 miles out of Town, one of my 5 cats will be 10 years old this Year and he is ALMOST blind since birth. I did take the cats in a stroller like that, way back about 8 years ago, because i lived in a small town then. But even my ALMOST blind cat runs free outside here on my wannabe farm. I can tell when he went to unfamiliar areas, because his bottom part of his lip has bruises on them. Even in the house i constantly change where they eat to keep Mr Eye on his paws to keep him from getting afraid of changes. This helps him outdoors as well. The other 4 cats will also help him along when has a bad day...and to top it off he is my Best mouser 😍! That's why I had to lock them out at night, because he would bring in live mice and I had to catch them to set them back out!
my cat is curious about outside but he is afraid of noise, every time when I open my door he will go outside for a small walk but immediately head back when there is noise. In this case, should I get him a stroller? I really want him to be happy
Great tips! I'm thinking of getting one more for myself (back issues lifting carrier) to get my cat to the vet and back. My only worry is that I will have to get him in/out while outside (yikes!). I do have collapsible back seats, so I will measure height in there AND potential stroller for possible purchase. Thank you!
I use mine to take my cat to the vet it’s only a 10 minute walk away but I can’t carry a cat basket because I’ve got osteopenia so too much for my back. I’ve never had any problems with putting him in it in fact he loves it he likes to look around and I know he feels safe in it.
I’m not getting a stroller for me to use, he will walk on a leash, but my mother and nieces and nephews will really enjoy taking my cat out and about and I’ll save myself some worry about them pulling or dropping his leash!
Great idea, Anggie! Use the stroller for guests that want to take your cat out, but don't know how to use the harness and leash! I love it! Thanks for the comment!
I am a jogger. I would like to get one that I can start jogging with my 2 kittens. Can you jog with this stroller? If not which one do you suggest? Also I want to make sure it zips up so they can't get out.
I could literally care less if people think me giving my cat entertainment is weird. A lot of people treat their cats like decorations. I am not one of those people. My kittens will learn everything I can provide them and they'll learn it happily and safely, so when they get older, they know mommy has their best interests in mind, and I will always be there to aid them and give them what they need.
