Thank you for your voice over and video you did a great job. I have not changed my filter yet. However, after watching you I feel at ease and have a better understanding now.
I'm glad I looked this up. I might have removed my glove box if I hadn't watched this since I assumed that's where they're all at. 😂 You put it in backward, though.
I agree with you but when I removed the one (original installed at the factory) I checked it and the air flow arrow was facing the front of the car. Go figure!
Yeah, Nissan has a bad sense of humor with their cabin filters. Pretty much most all of them are the "wad it up into a ball and slam it in the HVAC housing and make sure it expands. A few are two pieces that get stacked in. Crazy set up if you're used to other manufacturers.
Mine was installed the wrong way and it was crushed. 🤦🏽♂️ I have my car serviced at a Nissan dealership once a year. I only have 40k miles on it after 4 years and I really don’t think the dealership does a good job.
The arrow should be pointed towards the front of the vehicle. 😂 Idk how much of a difference it'll make other than it'll clog faster facing the wrong way, but it was still a good video, though.
Best video in changing a cabin air filter. Explains everything very well..

Awesome that seems so easy. Got a carbon filter < $12 Nissan wanted like $36
Thanks... now the air flow direction makes sense to me.. a lot of videos showed the air flow facing to the front....
