Thank You again Mate, i tried to learn this from a 2 part set of Books that are probably 30 years old atleast, that had every instrument in Music Notes & Tab, i think their rare. Still have one of them.
Can you tell me why you think it is that on the chromatic escalating riff you have your pinky stretched out to the 5 th fret on the A string making it a D , the same D as the string below it , so effectively you have 3 D’s as the E you’re muting with your thumb is dropped to a D, it’s also highly likely you’re muting the D string as you stretch to get a D on the A string If you target the D string and mute the A string it’s the same thing, far easier to play
@@whenisasnakeatail4933 it frikin well doesn’t mr advanced supersonic guitar player , what a dick , Ill go and put my hands in the shredder now shall I , it’s too advanced for me , I’m pointing something out , just because ‘no one ‘ and I presume you’ve met everyone in the world including your friend Jimmy plays it like that doesn’t mean it can’t be played like that . I play it like that, I must admit I always wondered why my audiences pulled faces and headed for the door , whole arenas emptied when I did my Kashmir Im so glad you pointed that out for me .
@@LetsPlayAll Hey there is a video of Chris Cornell playing "Call me a dog" in acoustic in an open stadium somewhere. Could you cover that sometime? It's really good
Love that. Sounds great. !!! I don’t think a lot of people realize how good those Faith guitars are.
The best riff! Brilliant lesson, thanks a million.
My pleasure! Love this tune!
Superb Matt, what a genius Jimmy is. And you of course....
Ah if only mate :-) Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm just now getting into guitar, and this is one of my favorite songs from this band so I definitely want to learn 😁🤘🏻
Brilliant, gonna sit down later and learn this! Always look forward to seeing your vids!
Ah thanks Jamie! Enjoy mate!
Grabbing my guitar right now for this one!
Boom! Have fun amigo!
This is such a great song to get into a pocket and enjoy playing.
Totally Bill! It's an amazing tune, i find the drum pattern fascinating, it's like a 3/4 beat played behind a 4/4 riff. Very cool
Yeah!! Ryan and you the best tutorials!!!!
Thanks Mario that's kind of you to say, from myself and on behalf of Ryan :-)
THANKS A DAMN TON MAN....i had forgotten this badboy--fixinto record it RIGHT FREAKIN NOW...LMAO--FAV ZEPPELIN TUNE BY FAR !!!!
Awesome. Bloody awesome!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it mate!
Very noice. This song is so inspiring ( basically the band is)
Noice indeed! It's such a classic. I mean when you have Bonham and JP Jones in the rhythm section, you're not in bad company :-)

You're welcome mate, I used to love getting tab books back in the day! They were like magicians teaching you secrets of how they did their tricks :-)
Probably not well translated.... A bunch of books are misleading as hell...
Legendary song but I could never get the fingering right....until now. Thanks Matt.
Awesome glad it helped mate! :-)
Well done you putting tabs at top of screen 👏
Cheers, Patreons can download as PDFs 😊🤘😉
Thanks for the lick at 11.45 😊

НВНВНННВНВ ТУ ДУ ДУ
DUDUDDDUDU TU DU DU
Honestly sounded way better with just acoustic and without that lame stock back track
Saves it getting clobbered as a cover tbh
Led Zeppelin stole this song from Puff Daddy 😁
haha ;-)
Led zep wrote this song when puff daddy was puffin his diaper
How about tabs man? or slow it down. Sick of wasting my time trying to watch your fingers.
@@TheGreenHeartofItaly-fl3wv there are on screen tabs after the intro. Impatient much 😂
@@LetsPlayAll You're right, I was rude. I apologize.
@@TheGreenHeartofItaly-fl3wv no worries 😉
