Even though I hate minivans - I'm bringing this review to my peeps that need to go minivan hopping. (better you than me)
All kidding aside, the KIA Sedona has actually been pretty high up on my test drive list since I saw it at the New York International Auto Show last year.
The exterior styling of the Sedona caught my eye back then and it's sure to please many a minivan shopper today.
The Sedona is more than a pretty face - the fancy new grille and front end are pretty indeed - but the Sedona packs the requisite creature comforts, space and tech to please most any soccer mom and dad.
The all-new Sedona seats 8 passengers, has plenty of power and solid - almost fun driving characteristics and would be a solid entrant to any minivan test drive list.

drchulo76 Great review? How much was the van? What mpg does it get? How much cargo does it hold? What do the taillights look like? Does that seatbelt stay in the middle of the cargo area? We saw more of his mug than the van itself!

we have been shopping for a Sedona and im glad to see a review thats not SXL. Looks like the one you tested had the convenience package which is what we are looking to buy. some stuff i discovered from just shopping that nobody mentions in reviews is the middle seat in the second row can be removed to create a walk-thru or for more cargo room i guess. also in the convenience package the bottom glove box is cooled so you can keep some water or some snacks in there.

Nice van, I'm sure it's based on the Cadenza/Optima chassis, good base from which to start. As far as the weigh issue, you should start reviewing bicycles as well and include some long distance travels to test out their comfort level.

I have tried a lot of ways to fix the big belly. And I use my wife's 8 minute Abbs. It's a older CD. But it really works. I spent 3months in a gym. I did every excercise they had 3 times and got little results. But buy useing the 8 minute. Abbs. I got results in less than 2 months . Also cut out breads and grains. I gave up on cerial and went to the magic bullet for Breakfast. Even when I was on the road living in a motel. The bullet worked great. cereals are bad for you. Lots of crap. Not really heart healthy.

theMediaMart cool always looking for new stuff. Right now im trying to find gluten free and corn free foods that tast good. My nutritionist say they came up high on my test. Last year I went on the paleo diet lost 15 pounds in my gut. In 3 months that and my wife's 8 minute Abb's CD it works assume quick and easy. C.u.

My 2015 Kia Sedona made a rattling noise from the back seat that drove me crazy for almost 4.5 years before I found out why. I had it to the dealers and they said it was the seat and how they clamped on. They replaced the seats. The noise was still there.
Then oddly enough I had the car in for another noise and they said it was the license plate was not secure. The technician who showed me the license plate just happened to mention he noticed my spare jack was lose and he tightened it in place. From that day on the noise was gone. It drove me insane up until then.
We had bought the car new and it was so disappointing that annoying noise. Especially with bumpy roads.
I laughed when I heard him mention this in the video.

Nice review- the new Sedona's were not available when we purchased our 2014 Nissan Quest LE ( ruclips.net/video/P05bdxa_98w/видео.html ). The Sedona looks very nice and looks like it could compete with all the Odysseys and Siennas out there. We are happy with the Quest (not many Quests out there) so far except for the results of the recent crash tests....
toddgabweg I have yet to drive a Quest - how do they handle?
I love how it drives- no complaints. It has a nice smooth quiet ride. It also has a very short turning radius... very easy to park.
What no DVD player. Keep looking play😖😄

I bought a 1994 Hyundai s coupe when I was 21. They screwed me on air and didn't install it when I ordered it. Within 2 weeks the clutch went out twice ,window crank fell off, and the gas gauge never worked. I sold it outright and took a loss just to get away from it. Bought a used 1987 nova hatchback for $1600 that ran 1.5 years with no big issues. I won't buy a KIA or Hyundai again...ever.

Nardo Polo That was over 20 years ago. That's a stupid reason for not even considering an entire product line. But hey it's your money. If you want to limit your choices because of one bad car you owned a generation ago, that's your choice.
I read online people are still having same issues with Kia and Hyundai. I'd be a idiot if I fell for them a 2nd time. Sorry if you want to buy cheap crap. I rather spend the extra and get quality.

theMediaMart no I DONT. We bought two Hyundais. Both have more issues than normal. I have written to Hyundai 3 times not to mention you Tube. Twitter. Facebook. And I have been ignored. My wife's car had the steering go out and almost caused her to crash here car. Hyundai made her sit for over 2 hours while they shopped around for the lowest bid on a tow truck. While a tow truck was on site. Then when she got to the dealership. No loaner car. And was stuck. Lost a days work. Her car has a Electrical Problem. That they wont fix. My front end came loose at 35K. I just had it in to the dealership and they said there was nothing wrong. Later it got worse. Finally they said Hyundai had a issue with the front axle nut coming loose. And they would fix it. But no loaner car. Finally got a loaner car. I got my car back still same problem. I checked the paper work. They had fixed the wrong side. My paper work stated drivers side not passenger side. I had to make another Appointment missed another day if work. . No one called. Right before they were to close I called them they never got my car in. And I was told no loaner car available. On my way there they called and Said they got my car in a couldn't find nothing wrong. I tried to complain to the manager and he chewed me out in front of my Grandson. When I explained all the issues we were having he said I see and walked off. I didnt drive around in tight corners to see if the noise was still there I just drove a couple miles to Mr. GOODWRENCH. They pulled of the front wheel couldn't find anything wrong. Installed the front wheel and torque the lug nuts. All's I know is the sound was gone. So either the front wheel was left loose twice or the dealership found the problem. Im thinking loose axle nut and just tightened it down to make a temporary fix. Instead of fixing the problem. The funny thing is they said they couldn't find a problem. But noted my Right Front tire had steel cords showing. Ok so my car was in there shop 3 times and they just noticed my Right front Tire was unsafe. The dealership never bothered to contact me and tried to fix my car. But sent me a notice I needed to buy 4 tires.
NOW THIS IS JUST RECENTLY. THE OTHER ISSUES ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. LETS SEE I TRADED MY VERY COMFORTABLE 4 YEAR OLD CAR THAT GOT. 33 MPGS. FOR A NEW HYUNDAI ELANTRA THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 40 MPGS. ALSO WAS TOLD IF I DIDNT LIKE MY NEW CAR I COULD RETURN IT IN 3 DAYS. AFTER driving a car long distance home the seat started to cause great pain in my back and neck. I call the dealership the next day I forgot about the car tried to return the car and was told no. I then tried to trade the car up and was quoted a used car price five thousand dollars less than asking price 3000 dollars less than what I paid for it. . All the dealerships I have worked with in my 37 years of driving here recently have a three day return policy. f****** Hyundai. My wife also bought a preowned certified Hyundai. That later we found out was unsafe. Never inspected. Burnt tranny fluid. Alm at 36. K. I contacted Hyundai and all's they said was if your car is it getting the mileage you're supposed to get you need a tuneup on a brand new car? didn't discuss unsafe issues at the dealership. just a tuneup on a brand new car. I have more. But im tired. So Hyundai would Rather have people writing bad reviews than fix a simple problem. Just Google Hyundai sucks. Then you tube Hyundai Kia Sucks. Watch the video. The read reviews from real owners on KBB. CAR AND DRIVER. AND OTHERS. THE HYUNDAI ASSURANCE IS A JOKE. AS THEIR WARRANTY. OTHERS ALSO HAVING ISSUES. HYUNDAI CAN PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT THEY FIX. AND NOW MY CAR HAS THE SAME ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AS MY WIFE'S CAR. I DROVE THE NEW ELANTRA ITS THE SAME CAR.SAME HORRIBLE ROAD NOISE CHEAP INTERIOR. ON TOP OF THAT MY DASH RATTLES. THEY WONT FIX. THE ROAD NOISE IS SO LOUD I CANT HERE YHE CHEAP STEREO. HIW WOULD YOU LIKE TO DRIVE A CAR THAT CAUSES YOU GREAT PAIN. I HAVE SCOLIOSIS AND THIS CAR IS MAKING MY LIFE HELL. I CANT SELL IT BECAUSE IT HAS NO RESALE VALUE. I PAID 3 ,000.00 LESS THAN ASKING PRICE PUT $4,000.00 DOWN AND CAN BARELY BREAK EVEN. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TAKE A LOSS ON THIS CAR. THAT HYUNDAI LIED ABOUT. HYUNDAI IS A OVER PRICED CAR. JUST READ SOME NEW REVIEWS. HYUNDAI FELL SHORT FROM HONDA AGAIN. DIDN'T MAKE CAR AND DRIVER. OR CONSUMERS REPORTS. SUBARU MADE 3 OUT OF 10. NOW THE DEALERSHIPS HERE ARE BRINGING IN TOYOTA TUNDRAS AND NISSAN TOP TRUCKS AND APPARENTLY ARE SAYING PEOPLE TRADED IN THERE 40 TO 50,000.00 TRUCKS ON A HYUNDAI. HAHAHS HA. OMG. WHAT FREEKING LOW. THEY MUST BE BUYING PREOWNED TRUCKS. OR MAYBE THEY CANT MAKE MONEY SELLING HYUNDAI. AND ARE BUYING USED QUALITY CARS AND SELLING THEM. NO HYUNDAI IS AS GOOD AS A TOYOTA. LEXUS. BMW. EVEN CHEVROLET BEAT OUT HYUNDAI. I WAS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY FOR OVER 16 YEARS. I WORK ON EVERY CAR KNOWN. FROM OLD CLASSICS. TO MERCEDES-BENZ. RACE CARS. ROLSROYCE. I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. TURNED DOWN SEVERAL SALES JOBS. WENT BACK TO SCHOOL AND GOT A EDUCATION. I MAKE 80K. BUT WILL NOT TAKE A LOSS. DID YOU GET MY HELP FOR LOOSING WEIGHT. NO GIMMICKS JUST GOOD HEAlthy eating. Send ya.

One in a million. Did you send car and driver. And Consumers reports. Top ten list and top ten Luxury cars. Not one Hyundai or kia. Funny. Chevy. Subaru got 3. Vw. Honda. But not one kia ir Hyundai and side by side comparison. In all categories Hyundai gi t the lowest Mpgs. From the Elantra to the Equess. All lower mpgs. By the way I finally got a response from Hyundai. About my unsafe Car. There own report states they must fix both side. Because the axle nut can come off. Hyundai denies knowing this and the man tried to tell me he knew nothing of yhe 40 Mpgs lawsuit. He said they would fix ny problem. And then tried to dump me off on a dealer. Who said he would help me. But nothing. I have documents from my dealership saying my car is unsafe but no one will fix. So go smoke a pipe. Hyundai car salesman. Eugene

I sent more info to Hyundai. and after 30 day's I am to send certified. then its on them. maybe if your front end came loose with your family in the car hum what would you do,
