Was thinking about getting a 2 smoke sumo and this vid just sold me. I live in the mountains with windy roads like this and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to rip it like you were. I know most people rip through the city and shit
still all good:) had an exhaust valve problem a month after this video was posted, and later sold the bike. it was very fun to ride, but quite useless for normal road riding. did circuit racing for a year, and now bought a new street bike. maybe new video soon;)
Personally, is a 2strke good for the road. I currently have a 07 DRZ400SM that isnpretty smooth but lacking UMPH. I stunt on my drz and i like it its nice and smooth not too much power to throw you too far back. How many hours are you getting off that top end?
50 to a 100hrs on a topend, and 100 is just to be safe. They come out lookin fine (If its tuned. If you dont make sure its tuned, its in disrepair and youre cutting corners)

2 strokes are alot of fun for doing wheelies and such, but other than that they are mostly useless on the road.

Yo I have so many questions. For starters, how did you power the lights? Upgraded stator?
And do you have a brake light or just tail light? What sensor did you use if you have one.
Some YZ250Xs come standard with with head lights and tail lights so I'm assuming they come stock with a battery but I could be wrong
