I am having acne-prone skin. The littlellextra riceberry sunscreen hasn't caused me any breakouts unlike all other sunscreens. It works as the best for both summers and winter. It doesn't make you sweat in heat and is also great for makeup, and in winters, it moisturizes your skin so well that you can skip moisturizer. Been using both for a long time and this is an honest review!!
I was using the lotus initially, and it was just okay, but then, I used Rice Berry, and I can say it really works.

Earlier my face looked dry and dull constantly, even upon waking. But following I conducted a bit of study and made some changes, my face began glowing within a short span of weeks. Here is what I did: I consumed a balanced diet that included foods like lentils, roti, green vegetables, and rice. This assisted nourish my body from within. I used a face wash with the right pH level and had black rice water. I opted for the Litleeextra riceberrry face wash, and it worked wonders for my skin.
I made it a habit to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water every day.
I engaged in physical activity daily, this made me sweating and removed impurities from my body.
After using ricceberry face wash, I observed a reduction in my acne. Moreover, my face reflected a glow as well.
Having started applying rice berry face wash from a week now, it is clear that it’s better than the hyped-up cetaphil.
That littleextra face wash is totally scam and fully fake, fake comments, dont ruin someone's face by comenting lie please

I have tried numerous facewashes, but none worked as good as Riceberry Facewash by little extra. It's made with black-rice and white mulberry, and brighten and gives an instant glow to my skin. It's gentle, has a pleasant smell, and all-natural. It cleanses my face very and makes it soft and bright. Plus, it helped lessen my acne too.
I had 2 litres of water everyday and applied riceberrry face wash to washing my face. It led to bright skin and prevented acne.

Finally found an effective video for my skin type 😭😭😭. I've looking forward for such video since a very long time. Everything I use is never good enough for my blackheads and open pores.

Hello Dr. I am 26. I have a combination skin. During summers i sweat a lot and feel like sunscreen just goes away with sweat. My upper lips moustache area darkens with time looks like pigmentation. During winters the same area gets extremely dry also cheeks. Can you suggest what should I do

How to remove tan in combination skin. Please syggest something. I can use scrub also
She's right about needing balance with whatever you use with this kind of skin. I can't use a moisturizer, but everything else sounds good.I balance that out by using an oil free moisturizing soap (Dove or glycerin based). Alternating between hot and cold water has helped me a lot, too (strangely enough). You'd swear I had makeup on (which I've heard through the grapevine before). 🙃😈
Thanks for the information. I've watched a lot of your videos and though all of them are extremely informative and I've learnt a lot, i sought my local dermatologist’s advice on what ingredients should I use for my skin. She prescribed me quite a few products and didn't really educate me on how should it be used or what could be the underlying reasons of my conditions (honestly that's what I was hoping to know the most from the visit). So she's prescribed me clindamycin phosphate gel to use in the morning and didn't tell me whether or not to apply my regular moisturizer (I'd been using physiogel calming relief cream and the tube is empty now) over the clindamycin gel. She's also prescribed me to use Deriva BPO gel(which contains adapalene & benzoyl peroxide) in the evening. Again she didn't tell me if I should use it only over my T-zone or should I apply it all over my face? Or should I apply only where I have blackheads and leave the T-zone too? And then follow up with what? She didn't tell me. (and i've all of these burning qs after I came back home) Would you please reply to answer?

I did visit a dermatologist and she suggested me right sunscreen and other ointments for scar, but them being heavy duty I started getting dull skill. It tool me 5 months to revive my skin back to normal. You video boosted my confidence about taking care of our own skin! So informative! Just one question you have listed AcneVit for facewash and shared the link for Acnovit, aren't they two different brands? Which one should we prefer?

Your videos are always informative and we rely on the recommendations because we believe your experience and knowledge counts but I was concerned about some ingredients mentioned in lotion suitable for acne prone sensitive skin people... Ethyhexyl palmitate... This ingredient is present in acrofy and excela moisturizer.... This ingredient may clog pores and give breakouts... Even they say it is for acne prone skin but it contains such ingredients.... Plz suggest and clear this doubt... Thank you.. I have been in search of a good moisturizer for my combination acne prone sensitive skin....plz help...

When I keep trying a lot of products on my skin, my face break out a lot. Here’s the thing, don’t aim too much. Focus on the basic ingredients so I suggest krave beauty if you are dealing with skin issues. Use Cereve skincare too cuz they’re great for a cheap cost!

Have you tried going to sensitive cleansers and treatments. Usually if you skin continues breaking out, it’s because the skin care you are using is too harsh and is causing abrasions on the skin. When the abrasions happen, your skin will dry out and cause your skin to compensate by producing excess oil. *I am not a skin care specialist or dermatologist* but I have done research. I don’t recommend using foaming cleansers, ALL GEL BASED (preferably). Also if you are going to use a scrub, only do it maximum, once a week.

I have combination skin but my cheeks are normal/dry and my T-zone is oily but this is also the area I get all my flaky dry patches so I feel a bit stuck on what to use when the same area is oily but flaky and dry. Confusing haha

My skin type is not exactly a combination skin, it not just oily on the t zone, instead in winter my skin is very dry all over and in summer it is very oily all over.
Your skin type changes with season. That's normal. Use products accordingly.

My skin is combination as well as sensitive, acne prone with pores. Will these products be good for me? Since last week I had been using a mixture (aloevera gel+glycerine+gulab jal+sometimes castor oil). My skin doesnt seem to be dry anymore. Let me know if this homemade mixture is not harmful.
