I have been using this face serum as a body moisturizer since I have dry skin.
    1. Sesame oil
    2. Sandalwood powder
    3. Kumkumadi flower
I done as he said and stored with small bottle using it for 2months it is very good in skin. Using oil is not sticky with skin, it is helpful to have my skin moisture for the whole day even.. i am using this on my hands and legs you can feel the difference after you applied it on your skin, there is no smell and only mild fragrance I have when it applied on my body..
It is good any dry skin persons use it and it will be helpful to moisture your skin as you wish.
    Thanks fittuber.

I have been using besan as facewash and bodywash since past 6 years...also replaced moisturizers etc with natural facial oils and trust me my skin has inly benefitted from this and got better than how it was...pimples reduced, their scars and marks reduced, open pores reduced and skin has become brighter and smoother...
Also i started doing this almost 7 years ago when i decided that i want to lose all excess weight and naturally reverse my PCOD and hypothyroidism...all these toxic skin and hair products worsen the issues so i started using these natural alternatives and thaks to yoga and Ayurveda i did lost 28kgs of weight sustainably and permanently...Also my PCOD and hypothyroidism reversed completely and now i don't nees to start my mornings with a pill...
I wrote this long story only with a hope that those of you who still have doubts about the magical powers of Ayurveda and Yoga will be motivated a bit and trust me it will only bring health and happiness to your lives...
    Wish you good health,

The riceberry face serum by littliextra is among one of my favorite serums I've tried. Its key ingredients include vit C, ferulic acid, vitamin E, and black rice water. This smooth and brightening serum efficiently penetrates my skin, acting as a hydrator. It gives instant brightness and glow to my skin; just patting the serum dry on my face does wonders. The serum's consistency is great, it is not overly sticky and feels lightweight, absorbing rapidly into the skin to leave it soft and smooth. I highly recommend trying this serum; you'll fall in love with your smooth skin!

Cleansing your skin frequently improves its look. Apply a high-quality facial cleanser to wash your face two times every day. I use only riiceberry face wash by litlextrra because it has the right pH balance and is extremely gentle. This face wash prevents acne and provides my skin a bright and improved look throughout the day.
Having juicy fruits helps retain hydration and maintain your skin's health. Applying Vitamin C serum additionally enhances skin tone.
Do these regularly and see the outcomes yourself.

The safety and effectiveness of a skincare product, whether natural or synthetic, depend on several factors including the formulation, manufacturing processes, storage conditions, and individual skin sensitivities. It's always a good idea to research and choose products that are made by reputable brands, follow good manufacturing practices, and have positive customer reviews.

A lot of people especially the 'Influencer 'community nowadays is so much stressing on the importance of wearing a sunscreen ,is it just a marketing strategy or is it really necessary, I would like to hear from you because I find your content so genuine

      @RK-lq2ud Год назад

Marketing strategy? Bruh, sunscreen is necessary, and don't use this pseudoscience aloe vera & coconut oil sunscreen.
There are harmful ingredients free sunscreens, use spf50 +++ sunscreen.

    • @Noryang_26
      @Noryang_26 Год назад

      Even if he says no
I believe it is necessary because day by day the environmental pollution is increasing leading to various problems like ozone depletion. Ozone layers help reduce the effect of harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun but as the intensity of those UV rays are increasing we must use products to protect our skin from various skin cancers from such rays.
Secondly, the home remedies that he recommends are not science or study based with no relevant results,
Also what i find strange is that he recommends the same home remedies to everyone but the fact is skin type varies from person to person.
Some natural ingredients he recommends may not be suitable for all.

If you have dry and sensitive skin DO NOT use multani mitti as a face wash. It's not good for you to exfoliate your already dried and sensitive skin... It will definitely clean your face but your face will start to itch and within a few days or less you WILL start to breakout and believe me it's not nice. Your skin does not require the properties of multani mitti as it dries your skin. The people who say this has worked all have oily or combination skin. Take everything you see on the internet with a pinch of salt. Everyone's skin is different and require different things. Make sure you understand your skin type and choose your skincare accordingly from the right source and from the right people who know what they're doing. Do your research before putting anything on your face. No hate to fituber I think he's doing an amazing job with his videos as his tips have actually helped people and he has the viewers best interest at heart but we as viewers should make sure to be extra skeptical however reliable the information or its source seem. A little bit of research never hurt anyone.

I do agree that certain natural ingredients like turmeric, tomato juice, aloevera etc can do wonders for your skin. But these days people have started to use turn and learn technique, i.e researching well about the ingredients being used. Vit C, Retinol, Glycolic acid and other chemical exfoliators can really speed up the entire process of getting a clear skin. Though I do suggest to include Ubtan, aloe vera gel etc in your routine, however people with serious skin issues may need more than what natural stuff can provide. Visit a dermat or follow the best ones over youtube and you will see the results.

I normally use fine rice powder mixed with turmeric and curd for body and face wash...sometimes I also use the waste of coconut after the oil is made out of it. If you haven't applied oil before...you can apply oil on your wet skin for moisturising ( on wet skin oil spread easily making a thin layer and won't become excess).

Using multani mitti daily can dry out the skin. Instead use moong gram flour with sandal wood powder and turmeric.

      Don't use cetaphil pictures
Indian skincare pharma brands have treated millions of people
Acne, eczema , post inflammatory pigmentation and compromised skin barrier are the common skin issues of this nation and the tretnoin and ceramide creams, medicated mild bha face washes and effective sunscreens have helped all of us and they are quite affordable, cetaphil is recommended by dermas and is the most gentle cleanser out there
Multani mitti can't be used by more than 50% of the population as its common to have compromised skin barrier
      Chemicals aren't bad
Medicated face washes remove excess oil without any debrasion of the skin
Don't listen to fit tuber and his Ayurveda bullshitery
I have seen not one but many negative reviews if the products he recommended people to buy from Amazon
I know a person whose cousin didn't even gain a cm and got sick due to the hacks given by fit tuber
Mamaearth is the most shady brand
Burns people's skin and makes people go through hair loss see online forums dont trust him
His paste of dark circles doesn't even work
      Chemicals aren't bad
Niacinamide, bha and aha brighten your skin these are derived from plants safe to use even for people with sensitive skin
Retinol a derivative of vit A can boost collagen and improve wrinkles and tret can heal fungal acne
Chemical peels and micro derma debrasion can improve scars
Dark circles are mostly genetic in the Indian population but good habits like drink water and sleep well can improve them

Because of my skin, I need to moisturize it at least twice a day. I prefer to use riceberry moisturizer by litllexttra. The feel of this face cream is good, neither too thick nor too runny. The moisturization is great, with no irritation or stinging, even on exfoliation days. Amazing and cost-effective alternative to ceerave, with excellent support for the skin barrier for those using retinoids. I sandwich it with my riceberry sunscreen and face serum, and it leaves no dryness. Oh, and it has no scent. 5 stars for sure.

So when we are completely at home these are effective, but when we work outside we have to use those purchased skincare products.😅

I don’t agree to serum, I would say instead oil is best to be replaced with sugarcane squalane. Also it’s best to use solid dried turmeric, sandalwood and saffron, instead of powders. Because it would be a scratchy effect. It’s best to dunk the whole ingredients into the squalane in an airtight glass container and keep it in a cold area to rest. May be after 2 weeks, it can be used. Compared to all this hassle, I would also suggest another alternative - to buy soultree’s turmeric sandalwood and saffron facial oil. It is expensive but it gave me amazing results.

i would want your research papers backed with the idea you support. As per science, multani mitti definitely strips out not just the excess oil and sebum but also strips away the natural oils from your face and thus a poison for dry skin people. Oily skin types can definitely benefit from it and also turmeric is NOT advised for daily use. Also multani mitti leaves ur skin itching thus making it even more thirsty. Same with those chinese clays. You can substitute Toners with rose water but switching my entire 5 step skin care with no research backed with your routine is leaving me conscious. And no hate, im huge fan of vedic science and philosophy including ayurveda and also a student of vedanta but you cant blatantly assume its good for all and cancel the entire skincare industry.

Using of Multani mitti with besan and turmeric would not harm at any cost..if those harsh skin care products you can use daily without any suggestions then how can you even tell that turmeric can harm if we use on a daily basis in proper amount...you eat food with haldi daily...is it harmful to you??😂 so rare to have common sense nowadays and ya read the ingredients of your skin care products deeply which you always brought from market...you will.understand that how those pharma company just spoil.your body cells and our environment simultaneously..support natural and organic thing without any chemicals. If we will focus on our eating habits then we never require those large amount and variety of even not a single.product we feel require to use..or.bring from market.😊

Yup. I too have dry skin. But you can add honey, curd, oil, rose water or milk with it. And use multani mitti in little quantity if you want. :) There are plenty of other remedies you can search.. which is good for your skin type. If this is not working for you don't use it.
