I am not able to hike anymore but used to love to get out and hike when younger and still able bodied. I have enjoyed watching your videos, it brings back good memories. If you haven’t yet passed the Roanoke VA general area of the trail, check out Dragon’s Tooth (blue blaze off AT) maybe 10 miles from Catawba Mountain Shelter. You can climb out on the rock formation and see for miles. Also another nice blue blaze is Apple Orchard Falls, which is a couple miles from Cornelius Creek Shelter. So much to see out there! Thanks for the videos! 😊

I was hoping it would be "Rebound," as several had suggested, since it connected your basketball background to your emergency surgery and your quick bounce back to the trail, but in a positive way, instead of something like "Stitches." Anyway, "9 Lives" is good too. So, henceforth and forever more you are 9 Lives. Maybe you could tell us how it evolved and who suggested it. And you may want to put it in the description above for all to see. So, 9 Lives, keep pushing north, and hopefully you want need any of the remaining 9.
I’ve done both the foam pad and the tensor and speaking as a side sleeper the tensor is the way! I found myself digging divots in the ground for my hip with the foam pad.
Loved your live stream, nothing boring about real. Without sharing I have some old people I have to shift my attention to and I may be gone awhile. I'm glad you doing well. Maybe I'll put up my virgin falls hike in the near future. It's been great.
Btw, Dr. Pepper makes their Own brand of baked beans....you can get them at Wally World in the store or online. I slow cooked 2lbs. of ribs, then added 3 cans of Dr. Pepper baked beans on top for an hour....Nom nom nom

@@shaquaviousjackson4892 the only thing that is similar is the rule you don't do either activities alone. I happen to prefer diving, no human interaction under water. Completely peaceful.
We are hearing that there are a lot of homeless people on the trail and prisoners that were released from the prison system are also on the trail have you experienced this
