- Here I do a walkaround of the Matra Museum in Romorantin and run through some of the motorsport successes, the sucession of Matra's own production cars, and the Renault era, with the Espace and Avantime. Not only that, but there a number of unique prototypes, concepts and one-offs, of which you can't see anywhere else! Highly recommend visiting the museum, and hopefully this video helps understand more of Matra Automobiles, and puts the museum on your places to visit!

Cost of ticket (as per May 2023): 7 euros per adult
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 12pm, and 2pm to 6pm. Closed Tuesdays during outside holiday periods.
Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 12pm, and 2pm to 6pm

Amazing video, I’ll have to check this place out if I get the opportunity to visit France! My favorite Matra’s have to be either the MS650 or the MS120C.
Oh thankyou! Matra has such a great Motorsport history. I don't know the racecars as well as you clearly do but I certainly appreciate them. I guess in the 60s and 70s, Matra would've been well known across Motorsport, but seems forgotten now.
For me, I love the road cars, all the Matra sports cars, the Rancho and of course the Renault ones!
