Awesome song about that short scene that we all seem to have spotted, and Marble's feelings! This is a perfect song for her to play while venting, with the power of rock music, like "Turn the music up so loud" it's exactly that. Amazing work and very well done with that theme!

This is one of the few songs where "fuck" is absolutely necessary. The line just doesn't work with any other word, and it's the hardest hitting line of the song.
The only that one-second moment in Best Gift Ever is really can make you feel really bad.
Marble doesn't deserve it.

Great amount of people who joined in 2012 did so only because ponies "were cool" and so they left as soon as next big "fandoms" happened (FNAF and Undertale). This means it's much harder to get subs now than it was in 2012-2013 era.
Also metal isn't a super popular music genre to begin with and many people can't stand anything even resembling it.

This came on last night in work when I hit Autoplay by accident and fuckkkk I forgot I hadn't listened to it in yonks! Cranked it up full and replayed it a few times. Now I'm home from Nightshift and have a few days off I'm going to transcribe the Rhythm to Bass and churn out a cover of it.
ReImagine also gets a full nightly playthrough in work! The other guys didn't even realise it was Pony Music till one of them opened my Tablet to see the song details and saw 2 buff and one femboi Catboi's from Nekojishi as my screensaver then the fantastic album art you had done for the album...
He just laughed and said "why am I not surprised the purple long haired guy is into this kinda stuff... what's the song link?"

I don't think explicit words in the music is bad at all. If your not so sensitive it adds some power into the meaning and emotion
@@thetunnelreligion772 Well, I'm just different in that way. I feel like it's not a song I can listen to around anyone else, and only because of the one word. Most people would see me as a goody-two-shoes, but I've always seen explicit lyrics as a lack of the right words. I can tell this one was thought to be the right word, but in my mind, there's always a better word than an F-bomb. Yes, it can seem strong or powerful, but to me it doesn't imply strength. People use F-bombs when they're angry or confused or frustrated, and it's what everyone does to try and show strength, but all it does is show that they are weak and in need of help. Basically, whenever they lose their calm, they start cussing up a storm. It's true that people do it all the time, but that doesn't mean music should contain it.
That's why I believe when it's put into music, it shows that they just couldn't find the right word, just like anyone who gets frustrated and can't control their language. Nothing against anyone who writes with explicit lyrics. I just prefer it to not contain them. It's not like I can't stand being around people who swear all the time, I have loads of friends who do. I just don't like it in music.

@@4everfreebrony Thats understandable many people have different speech patterns and stances on explicit words and whatnot. I do think cursing is an essential part of speech though it can spice up language especially in the way prince uses it where its a rare occurrence so when he does it adds a little shock and emotion. When you say that it can show all those negative emotions your right and thats why i said its powerful, thats the negative emotions it adding into the song to give more feels. I think we are kinda on the same page in where i don't think it's a sign of power but a sign of all those emotions thats what makes it powerful to use. We all have different speech patterns but explicit language is an actual part of human nature they exist in every language and we have a part of our brain separate from the speech area just for those words. I understand where your coming from though because its gonna be truly different for everyone just depending on how you were raised or just your personality.

@@thetunnelreligion772 I totally understand how it conveys emotion, for sure. I guess I just see someone who has lost control of their words as powerless, so I don't see it as powerful at all. So, I see explicit lyrics in a song as powerless, not powerful. Make sense? It's just someone who has lost control of their words, therefore they are struggling to speak correctly. I get that sometimes the song is trying to describe someone who is frustrated or angry, but I feel like there are always better ways to describe someone like that.
Take Johnny Cash's cover of the Nine Inch Nails song "Hurt" for example. In the NIN version, it used a bit of foul language, the S word, I believe. In Johnny Cash's version - the one without any foul language - it describes the story just as well, and even made it more famous by bringing in a larger audience. It even made it sound more sorrowful and remorseful simply by the emotion heard in the voice itself, as well as the lyrics.
There are always better ways to describe negative emotions and messages. Cursing to me is just what everyone relies on if they can't find the right word. Like a crutch.
I understand that many people can relate with cursing, but there's a reason many songs have to be edited for the radio and stores and whatnot. And it's not just because there are better words to use. Kids are out there, too.
Oh, I'm glad you like my music. ^^ In that aspect, I always keep my music and lyrics clean simply for the fact that I know my audience consists of both adults and kids, as well as the fact that there are always better ways to describe things, including negative emotions. Half of my songs are really sad, but I never feel the need to use a curse word.
Anyway, sorry for the wall of text, lol. I'm glad we can be civilized about this kind of thing, so thanks for that.
@@4everfreebrony I completely agree. One of the reasons I love your music is because I can listen to it with anyone-also it's just amazing in general. I'm personally not a fan of swearing in music even when listening alone as well.
Also, it would have been nice to be able to watch the animation in public and with my friends without the swearing. Princewhateverer always has great animations with the music, sometimes even featuring amazing Source Filmmaker creators.
But I'd like to thank both you and Princewhateverer for making great musical contributions to the fandom. There are so many great composers in this fandom that really makes it special, my favourites including: You, Princewhateverer and Aviators. Of course not forgetting past creators like PinkiePieSwear, Woodentoaster/Glaze and Tarby. I wonder if they will ever make a return. Of course Tarby is active on Twitter still.
