Woke up this morning with a very stiff back. I went and did this back routine right away and I feel so much better now ❤️

After done 10 mins standing back mobility, my discomfort back and hip from 10 go down to 8. 🎉🎉

I love this video! I’m recovering from Achilles tendon surgery. Because I am moving my body differently than usual, last week I hurt my back. These exercises are great, and my back feels better now.

I got up this morning feeling very creaky now I feel alot less started with a 10 feel like an 8 will include these exercise in my morning routine.
