The sanding sleeve is not fixed. It is moving when sanding leather
you can fix the sleeve by double-sided tape
Can someone PLEASE tell me the trick to fitting the sanding sleeves to the drum? Or is it impossible?

No, I have this machine, I have found it impossible to get spare sanding sleeves in uk. Even the seller I bought from was no help at all.
My husband has has to convert it, to a 2 inch wheel, to enable us to purchase sanding sleeves easily in the uk.
