Dr. Nene you are awesome.I am health-freak, I exercise every alternate day .Keep control on my diet.I am not fat but always trying to be in shape.I avoid sweets and fried food. Sometimes I do cheat but still I need to loose a little more weight. Maybe around 3 kgs .When I was exercising daily I had lost a lot of weight but my trainer says my knees can get damaged with too much exercise.I am always eating healthy food. But I guess I consume more of carbs.I am looking forward for your next video as what to eat.The way explain is superb 😍

Hi doc , Loved the way you summed it up I’m a practising family physician from Goa Just had a four grafts bypass surgery for TVD 9 months back I was slightly overweight but managed to maintain my preoperative and postoperative ideal weight for my height by religiously maintaining a diary Avoided sugar, sweets and cold drinks and juices I focused more on fruits and vegetables and thrice a week a small amount of steamed fish Also I do brisk walking daily for about 45 minutes Mindfulness , good amount of quality sleep and daily affirmations contribute a lot to our emotional and physical well-being Also maintaining ideal weight helped me completely stop my anti hypertensive tablets Best regards to you Keep up the good work

Hello Doctor Nene My son is 135 kg in weight and has less control over his diet, I try my best but then he is 19 years of age not ready to listen. His metabolism rate is 3000 and his dietitian says he can loose weight very easily! He has joined Perfect Point…. At present he is having upset stomach due to excessive eating of chicken which he is fond of a lot. Having bloating and stomach pain, have given him O2 tablets for infection and Pan 40 for bloating 😢

My tip would be to get on an exercise and diet routine together, if you would only do exercise and eat like you have been eating the progress will be very slow and sometimes you wouldn’t see progress on the scale at all, doing exercise will also make you conscious about the food. In my experience, only going on a diet without exercise is hard to sustain. The “diet”, I am talking abt here is not any fad diet, its rather eating in awareness, making yourself aware of calorie dense foods that you can avoid, making nutritious choices over empty calories etc. Anyone who is obese should completely get rid of external sugar for a while until they drop a few kilos, you can always satisfy sweet cravings with natural sugars in fruits, dry fruits like dates etc.
I have hypothyroidism and considered myself diagnosed with Pcos but I have not taken care of myself with home and career and improper eating habit I used to exercise and gym for 3-4 times a week and a year and half, I stop do it. I was weight 137 and went down 97 went back on 157 today with my short height 5 ft and 1. It really make me depressed and low confidence from not doing it.

I walk 5miles 5 days I am 70 years old female in USA from Mumbai I do Bharat thakore yoga twice a week nstructor is in Poona I have problems with acid reflux I take medication for it and have Indian zucchini almost everyday. I am 5 ft at 97 lbs I feel healthy most of the time I work 32 hours to keep myself busy and happy😂 my B12 is low being a vegan I take drops every day and keep my Vitamins D and calcium.. I feel I am on a right track to be healthy. Am I.
