Thank you. Yes... coz, I can spend another 4 hours of painting, pretend or show it is so easy to do... and people / viewers might get frustrated as they cannot follow the painting sir. That style might impress, but will not teach as effectively in my opinion. 😊
@@ParvizalthePainter Oh thanks! Maybe because I do not watch Warhammer painting videos? I paint everyday... so I watch dinosaurs and basketball here. Sometimes tabletop playthroughs... but never Warhammer painting videos these days. 😊🎨🎨🎨
I'm at the point where I get inspiration for techniques from various painters (yourself included), but I work to adapt them to my own way of doing things. AKA it looks done when it looks done to me, a notion I'm working to become better at declaring. I've been trying for a rougher and more painterly style, but tempering that with a degree of smoothness, and like you? I think it's crazy to take 30-40 hours to paint one tiny miniature!
I just found your channel, I love it!! I really appreciate the way you explain what your doing while also explaining that it's ok to paint in your own time and style, not worrying about mastering every technique but finding what works for you! Keep up the good work 👍👍
I base coat, layer, glaze, layer, glaze, rinse and repeat. I use this method when i'm actualy being serious about making something really pop and look good. Otherwise, airbrush, oils, contrast paints for mostly every other army painting project.
Ahhhh... glaze ediumsalmost always tend to shine after a while... I actually use matte medium sometimes, thinned down matte medium. However, a quick matte varnish after glazing should fix the shine. But I do understandthe shine is distracting at times. 😊

Such a pleasure to take part in the painting competition. My first one^^
Haha! So cool to see the work of one of my top commenters here! 😊🦾🦾🦾
@@DonSuratos hehe, i did my best. Still struggeling with eyes. Hope you liked it nonetheless
Everyone did such a great job! It is awesome seeing the discord models up!
But I missed Kim's work! Will add his work in my next video. 😬😬😬
I really like the more rough, painterly quality on this model. The higher highlights also were a nice change of pace.
" Higher highlights"! Thank you... I was struggling to explain this. Painterly... sketchy. It was relaxing actually. Thanks for watching! 😊
OK, at the begining i told myself : i can do that!!
Then quickly i assume i can't...
But i learn and try with each video of you i watch,
Thanks !!!
You can! Just focus on the basics at the start... then refine as you go. 😊
Wahhh! I missed the premiere! Sorry guys... I was playing LOTR Journeys with my kids. 😬😬😬
This was a joy to watch!
Oh... thanks bro... but how and why? I mean... why? 😅
@@DonSuratos it didn't feel like it belonged on a Warhammer channel. Plus it felt like you enjoyed painting the model.

Crazy unless its for a competition I guess. 😊

Awesome! Glad you found my small-ish channel. Hope you enjoy even the older videos. Cheers! 😊🎨🎨🎨

I do not do army painting bro. Maybe one of these days. 😊
Do you use one color for all the glazing process or you took ecah color you used in the painting process and made different glazes of them?
Hey! Great video as always! Do you use Gloss White to prevent chalking? This mini came out great.
Yes... I got it as a comment here way back. It works like a charm for me. Also it looks more white if that is even possible. 😅
Love your videos as always! I use AK glaze medium and it always comes out incredibly glossy, do you have any suggestions?

Sad that mine wasn’t in the video 😢
WT! I missed it bro? Will add in the next video... next month's video. Sorry man!
No problem
@@kimme009 Sorry man! 😬😬😬
