Thanks very much for your guidance it comes at the right time. As a September'21-ECT (previously NQT) I've been preparing these last few months on the new DM'2021 only to recently find out during my two-week induction period, that my new school uses B-2-5-M, which was a bit confusing, why two documents? Fortunately after a brief youtube search, now I realise that the latter is perhaps more suitable for me at this stage since it contains a lot more detail than DM'2021. I hope that could help my practice rather than overload it with accountability. Care to comment? thank you
