    Thank you - I was born in the memorial hospital in 1972 and our family was still there in LSA until 2010. My Dad taught at QMS & my mum was a lab technician at KES. Went to Heyhouses from '77 to '83 and was part of the Choir at the Parish Church for 7 years. My sister was born in '76. I attended KES from '83 to '90. I also worked at the Blossoms for a while after returning from university. I left LSA in 98 and have not been back since my parents left.

    Love these sort of films and photos. Forgive me for a minor correction, but the photo at 2.35 is actually of Lytham Pier, all the others seem to be correct.

    I have stayed in st.annes in the 70s and enjoyed your video very much about its history.A great little seaside town to live in ..

    Do give the Royal Lytham and St Anne’s Golf club its full name especially as it is located in St Anne’s and not Lytham. Sports coverage annoyingly does the same shortening its name to Royal Lytham.
