Not too long later He came out of the coma. It was considered miracle. The wife of that husband is my coworker. When I told her I was a huge fan of Kiss she told me her story...I was shocked...she showed me the article that was on the Kiss site...pretty amazing how music heals.
It is well known in the medical community that music works the circuits of the brain in vital centers the way nothing else can. That is why they use music in Alzheimer's therapy groups. You watch the person face light up and non verbal people begin to sing or hum along to music they know!!!
In a normal or falsetto tone where he isn't pushing it as he does with KISS, it is much better. If your voice is shot and you're trying to push a lot of air through those vocals cords, it is going to sound like utter trash. This was pretty good. This isn't going to make fat stacks for Paul though.

It's hard without sheet music. I'm one of those who can listen to a song, then play it on my violin. KISS Alive 4 is another fave of mine with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra all in KISS makeup. They were amazing to listen to and watch and how they played with KISS was just plain awesome!❤❤
He hasn't "gotten" here - he could do this since at least "I Was Made For Lovin' You" in 1980. Remember the bridge? Remember - this is PAUL STANLEY - one of the greatest rock voices in the world! So glad he could prove all the haters wrong with this! Still love and respect, Paul!

Maybe his voice was better before when it came to belting out a rock song at the top of his lungs, but I think it probably sounds better now singing like this than it did 30yrs ago. It takes time to finely tune a delicate instrument.
