Make sure you give yourself a way to either vent the condenser or have it in a larger space (like a garage). If I didn’t vent this one I would be able to hang meat in that closet.
This one was HUGE, Honestly bigger than I expected 75 gallon tank, but the overall size of a 100 gallon or more due to the compressor on top. They come in a 50 or 55 gallon as well I believe.
The breaker is on the wall behind our unit. if you are referencing the "reset buttons" I would assume they are in the connection panels on the front of the unit (typically where the older style thermostats and access points for the elements would be located.

Cutting the copper should be in the opposite direction with the pipe cutter
