I love pecans so much I started some trees from the seeds I bought at the store around Christmas LOL They don’t sell pecan trees here, it’s too cold but I have a greenhouse large enough for trees. It takes up two stories of my house. I have lemons, oranges, limes, jalapeños, a cacao tree, a vanilla bean orchid that’s almost 10 feet tall and in the future hopefully some pecans!

While warm take an empty jar with a flat lid, lightly press the cookie flat while warm but keep 1/4 inch border and turn over the jar, lid may be hot, and gently push warm cookie against the side and make a little side wall.
