the 360 is my favorite console when looking at the design. it looked just exactly right and totally futuristic when it came out. and it aged really well.
Still have an old functional Fat, have thought of modding it like this then JTAGing it, haven't updated it in years so there should be something compatible.
@Ryan well, RGH requires a glitcher chip, coolrunner rev c, matrix, ace v3 etc, JTAG requires some diodes and some transistors for BOXXDR, and just a resistor for Xenon installs iirc
@xRobinsonnn no. Winchesters are the least reliable of any 360 s/e board. Their reliability is about the same as falcons, and trinitiy 360s are alright, but still die quite a bit.

@@texsconsoleshop4370 RGH3 requires 2 wires, a resistor, sometimes a post-fix adapter, and a $4 raspberry pi pico to read/write the nand. 😀
