Thank you for speaking clearly and at a normal speed…many people making these videos speak like they are on speed and assume that the listener know everything 🤪you are a good teacher❤️
Carl nowicki. I just recently started watching your videos. I think you're one of the best teachers out there. I learned more. Because of the way you teach. Keep up the good work.
I've been struggling with making a slideshow in LR and by chance came across your very well-made video! Many thanks for your very clear guidance. A nice calm voice too. None of that 'whatsup guys' stuff! The video goes at a nice steady pace, and is very easy to keep up with. Highly appreciated !
Anthony, Used your video to produce my first video in Lightroom. What a wonderful job you did in producing this video. Left nothing to chance. As an amateur photographer I appreciate your skill. Great work!
I havefollowed you for several years and really enjoy your videos. I have found the videos to be very helpful, this one on creating a slideshow in particular. It certainly wasn't intuitive. thanks.
This tutorial was great. Really taught me how to do the whole process of making a slideshow. I am thinking of making one for my whale photos. Thanks. Always useful info from you.
Thank you so very clear and complete. But I was looking for confirmation? I see you placed images as Tiff / Psd and I was trying to determine if I must convert my processed NEF images to JPG first. Or will LR accept PsD when making the movie. Please advise. Thank you
Anthony: Thank you so much for a very lucid tutorial, except for one thing (maybe I missed it): How do you add individual captions to every image? Thanks again.
Watched the your old same video a few days ago. Thanks for the updating. Very clear tutorial! Wonder whether we can adjust the length of each slide. It seems we cannot adjust the volume of music. I adjusted the audio balance but no change of the music.
When i import the music mp3 file i get an error "music file is not well formed" any suggestions? LR Classic v11, Windows 11. I searched and found no solutions... Also. The Export Video also does not save the file.
Hi Anthony, I found your tutorial very informative. I’ve created a slideshow but it won’t export as a video. I googled it and it appears that Lightroom does not like exporting a slideshow containing portrait photos. Is there a way of doing that please?
I don't understand why the Slideshow (with HIGH quality) has a lower quality in terms of resolution and smoothness of colors compared to a simple view in Develop Module. It drives me crazy. Please answer.
Your video was super helpful and allowed me to put together a 3 minute video for a presentation I need to make next month at an art gallery. I would like to have multiple ending slides ie, one with copyright/date info/contact info; one thanking the person who provided the music, etc. I don't know how to add more than the one I already prepared as the ending slide. I could put my email address on the ending slide that completed the video but I can't get it to alllow me more than one line of text on the slide. Can you point me to a tutorial that would help me complete the video? Thank you so much.
Hi, Anthony, and thanks once again for an informative video. I've played around with LR's slideshow module and have been consistently disappointed and your video shows that I haven't missed anything. I've been looking and looking for a replacement for Apple's long discarded Aperture which had much superior slideshow and book modules. Please let us know if you here of anything that seems superior. As always, thanks for your helpful videos.
Very interesting, as always very informative. Is it possible to put the saved slide show on the desktop on to a thumb drive and play it on a TV or other device?
Great video. Now what about turning these photos into a book in Lightroom? Also, if you send this slide show by email to family, what size will the file be? Will it be too large/
Hi Very interestig, thank you for posting. I have just tried it and the results are very good. I made a video and a pdf, the pdf is quite good, it is the same as the video but with no pan and zoom or audio, it just rolls along without the extras. Thanks for an easy to understand channel. Martin Wedge
when ever I try to follow along with lightroom tutorials they have a different set up to me..... click this- not got it-- click thst....I don't have it.... what the hel is going on. thanks for the video lesson but I can't follow it as much as I want to.
I think it's a case of if you have Lightroom it is an option without buying third party software. There are million and one apps/alternatives out there

Carl nowicki. I just recently started watching your videos. I think you're one of the best teachers out there. I learned more. Because of the way you teach. Keep up the good work.
In classic Adobe fashion, creating a slideshow is three times as complex as it needs to be. Thank you for these lessons.
This is by far the best tutorial for using Lightroom to make a slideshow! So simple and easy! Thank you!
Anthony,
Used your video to produce my first video in Lightroom. What a wonderful job you did in producing this video. Left nothing to chance. As an amateur photographer I appreciate your skill. Great work!
Thank you, I'm making my first slideshow for my first client, needed a run though of the different options!
Thanks for the tutorial. Your video was so helpful. The primate photos are outstanding - you have a great eye.
Thank you, Anthony, you are a great Teacher. This tutorial was excellent !!! Greetings from Greece.
Never knew, wow.. I have to watch more of your videos on light room , you make so easy to understand, thank you!
I havefollowed you for several years and really enjoy your videos. I have found the videos to be very helpful, this one on creating a slideshow in particular. It certainly wasn't intuitive. thanks.
Thankyou! Where has this video been hiding? This will save me time and money in my work.

Anthony: Thank you so much for a very lucid tutorial, except for one thing (maybe I missed it): How do you add individual captions to every image? Thanks again.
Thank you it was a great tutorial. Love how you showed each area even if you do not use it.
Watched the your old same video a few days ago. Thanks for the updating. Very clear tutorial! Wonder whether we can adjust the length of each slide. It seems we cannot adjust the volume of music. I adjusted the audio balance but no change of the music.
Would this work with both stills and small video clips?
When i import the music mp3 file i get an error "music file is not well formed" any suggestions?
LR Classic v11, Windows 11. I searched and found no solutions... Also. The Export Video also does not save the file.
Great tutorial Anthony.
DARN IT!!! I want to see the rest of the primates!
😅 Thank you, Anthony. So helpful.
Hi Anthony, I found your tutorial very informative. I’ve created a slideshow but it won’t export as a video. I googled it and it appears that Lightroom does not like exporting a slideshow containing portrait photos. Is there a way of doing that please?
Thanks again, just refreshed this, excellent. Barry Turner
I don't understand why the Slideshow (with HIGH quality) has a lower quality in terms of resolution and smoothness of colors compared to a simple view in Develop Module. It drives me crazy. Please answer.
Awesome thank you for sharing.
Thank you for this. I had to do me in a hurry a few years ago and never had time to understand all the options.

Very clear and helpful. Many thanks
Hi
I just want to hear about why I do not have (shadow) in the slideshow as you have. Many thanks for the great tips.

i try to make a slideshow but i can't see the number and can't rearrange the images, please can you explain
This was very helpful. Thank you.
Very interesting, as always very informative.
Is it possible to put the saved slide show on the desktop on to a thumb drive and play it on a TV or other device?
Yes, it is an mp4 so a TV will play it
Anyway to speed up the export? I can't get it to export it takes forever.
So how do I put the images in a collection??
Excellent! Easy to follow. Thank you!
Hi Anthony, how do you get sections of your screen to enlarge while you do your video?
How did you add these images there in the first place? I'm total begginer ;s
Great video. Now what about turning these photos into a book in Lightroom? Also, if you send this slide show by email to family, what size will the file be? Will it be too large/
There is a seperate module to produce books and it ties in with Blurb to print them out.
@@philsims17 yes I know. So I have asked Anthony to give us a video on using the book module.
There is one from 2 years ago 😁

Thanks!
Thank you very much Robert!
To much work besides Ashampoo HD slide show maker works much better and is much easier to use?
