If using a firearm to defend yourself or a third party from the use of deadly force being used against you, a standard rule is to: NEVER shoot to warn, NEVER shoot to wound, NEVER shoot to kill. ALWAYS shoot (and keep shooting) TO STOP THE THREAT.
If you shoot to stop the threat, then you must have shot to warn, wound, or kill. If you do none of those things, how will your opponent even know that you have a gun.
A bit of clarification on the "stupid driver" law. The flooded road must be barricaded or otherwise marked as flooded/do not pass, in order to be charged, so if you try to drive across a flooded wash, if its not marked, its not illegal.
Fireworks, for one I'm very glad they legalized them here in AZ. I was Active Duty Air Force stationed at DMAFB in Tucson and then the AZ Air National Guard (ANG) over at the Tucson Airport. I'm also big into guns, like most in AZ. The number 1 thing legalizing Fireworks in AZ did was stop most of the retarded from shooting their guns in the air. 2 Times a Year, the 162 FW ANG, gathers all personnel on the base and does a major walk covering the Guard section of the airport and some times a lot more. We use to pick up a lot of bullets on the Flight Line right after New Years and July 4th. Also you would hear about people getting hit by bullets during those holidays. That no longer happens. We do not find bullets on the flight line and you never hear about someone being hit from a falling bullet. As for the air burst or launched fireworks, they are legal to buy and fire off, except within the city Limits of Tucson and Phoenix. If they truly were illegal to launch, you would not be able to buy them at those roadside markets and one would not be able to order them and have then shipped to AZ. If they were illegal to sell or buy, Air Burst, the police would be raiding those those fire work stands where they sell them. I have bought the air burst ones here in Tucson from them just this last 4th of July, 2019.
You guys sure have some funny laws there. “Can’t ride a horse upstairs in the courthouse. If you get caught stealing a soap, you have to wash yourself until the soap is used up. Can’t have potluck outside office setting.”
In my personal experience, A 2nd DUI w/o a valid driver's license is legally upheld as an aggravating factor. The MANDATORY SENTENCE is 4 months in the Department of Corrections (prison) in Arizona. However, this is more than likely to be to be the consequence of most states. DUI laws in other states, (surprisingly) are often harsher than Arizona. Arizona ranks in #5 strictest DUI (alcohol) laws in the nation.
Before moving here from California, I read the Arizona drivers manual online, thinking that I would have to take the test here, which I ended up not needing to do. However I noticed one difference between the states' driving laws. In California, when you make a turn, unless there is a line directing you to get in a certain lane after the turn, you can choose any lane that you want. In Arizona, if there is no line directing you to a certain lane following the turn, you are supposed to get in the rightmost lane following a right turn and the leftmost lane following a left turn.

@@comiken205 The problem with that is when the prisons are private corporations getting slave labor from the criminals, the state has a motive to sentence people to prison for crimes that formerly wouldn't demand incarceration. There is no rehabilitation in the prison system if the goal is to keep a good supply of cheap labor. What happens then is you end up with repeat offenders doing life in installments for violating impossible parole violations and not being able to find employment or housing even with a misdemeanor that's 10 years old. Keeping the prisons (work camps) full is somehow done even when the crime rate is down. I definitely agree that staying out of trouble in the first place is good advice, particularly if you're not a wealthy individual. But if you're not, I would advise one not to even jaywalk in Arizona.
@@unpluggeddogdreams your absolutely correct on all points. Embedded in their contracts with the state, these privately run prisons are gauranteed a minimum number of inmates and if the state fails to meet that number they have to pay a hefty fine. It made news many years ago when the fine reached several hundred thousand dollars.
When it comes to laws the best practice is to always be on solid ground meaning justified for whatever act you take. Just because a law says it’s allowed doesn’t guarantee you’re good. Civil litigation by victims families, an injured recipient of your actions, biased or bleeding heart jury’s, or even an elected DA making an example of you and so on can all bury you in legal debt. Be smart and able to demonstrate you had no alternative but to do what you did. A bandit inside your home is often very different from one trying to steal your car from the driveway. legitimate risk will justify your actions and help you sleep at night as well.

It is possible to have a cactus moved by a permit holder, or to obtain a permit to move a cactus. Though, there are stipulations and limitations. For saguaro cactus specifically. If the cactus was propagated by humans, no permit is needed. Also, the removal of cactus remains, though not encouraged is not illegal, again with permission of the land owner. Also, a permit to move a saguaro is only necessary if it is taller than 4 feet. P.s. all land in Arizona is owned. Either by the government, tribal, private, etc.
AZ is currently referred to as constitutional carry. This allows most people that are generally allowed to purchase a gun, to carry that gun concealed, without a permit. This doesn't mean there are no restrictions. There are restrictions. Even if you don't apply for a permit, take a class so you can learn the laws. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then you need a class. Tons of classes offered in a lot of the shooting ranges.

Originally from the Midwest I was surprised when I lived in Arizona that a piece of property containing a wash it is a given that the property owner owns the wash. Now I do realize that washes are normally dry most of the year and that is most likely the reason. At least until the Monsoon Season when they flood. In the Midwest (at least in Indiana) a creek or other waterway is considered a Public Use area and does not belong to the property where that creek is located. At least that is how it was when I lived in AZ. Thanks for the interesting video. JRS

@@JacobEcret actually Californian s are the ones who i had to educate all the time about federal highways ( any federal highway funded does not have a designated passing lane.)if speed limit is 65 , I can do 65 in left lane ( since most left lanes are physically better to drive on, allow visuals of animals eyes at nite for better response time to not hit, etc) and passing can be done on right. Federal funding is for martial law enacted and freeways become Usable by military only. Anyone not driving speed limit is idiot anyway if they don't stay to right for safety reasons ( car mechanical issues) since almost everywhere it is impediment of traffic by going to slow
Not saying you about driving however most Californians think only passing on left is allowed, and giving high beams like that is gonna change the law while i do speed limit(or 5 above) In left lane . I know for sure every state west of the Mississippi is that way for federal freeways
Tishka Skogen dude, it’s more of curtesy, if you’re moving the same speed as the people in the right lane just stay in the right lane. I don’t give a shit about what the law says, it’s more of a curtesy thing.
Kind of a salty comment bud , obviously you’ve had a bad run in with someone from California, we’re not all bad ok. I moved here so I could get away from greedy evil people and actually be able to buy a home with my VA home loan.

But you still might die in the attempt. Don’t be that dumb ass.... wait a while, and the water will go down.
It would be wonderful if they outlawed Buffel Grass and would remove it from your property as an invasive enemy. LOL!
You guys sure have some funny laws there. “Can’t ride a horse upstairs in the courthouse. If you get caught stealing a soap, you have to wash yourself until the soap is used up. Can’t have potluck outside office setting.”

In my personal experience,
A 2nd DUI w/o a valid driver's license is legally upheld as an aggravating factor.
Pink underware laws.
Wouldn't it be great if the standard applied to civilians were the same as an law enforcement officer in regard to lethal force.
Right, you stay in your lane even when making a turn. I've seen too many car accidents where people cut lanes mid-turn and hit someone from behind.
Always turn into your own lane in Az
My wife and I bought land in Navajo County. Plan on moving there in two years. Don’t plan on drinking and driving, cutting down cactus or using fireworks etc. bringing a shit ton of guns and ammo.

THE FOR "PROFIT" "INJUSTICE" SYSTEM HAS TO KEEP A GOOD SUPPLY of "FRESH" "PRISONERS" COMING, PRISON FOR PROFIT,...
Barret Norcross or don’t commit crimes and don’t worry about it.
@@comiken205
The problem with that is when the prisons are private corporations getting slave labor from the criminals, the state has a motive to sentence people to prison for crimes that formerly wouldn't demand incarceration.
@@comiken205 lol no matter what it's all for profit ..
@@unpluggeddogdreams your absolutely correct on all points.

JRS
