[Crispy Fried Chicken] How to Make Crispy Fried Chicken with Chicken Meat | ASMR

Chicken meat - 3 pieces
Soy sauce - 5g
Salt - 1g
Chicken bouillon - 1g
flour - 70g
salt - 1g
Baking powder - 3g
Battering liquid
Light flour - 40g
Water - 50g
egg - 1
Salad oil
How to make
1, Mix 【Soy sauce】, 【Salt】, and 【Chicken bouillon】in a bowl and soak the chicken meat for 30 minutes to season.
2, Mix together [flour], [salt] and [baking powder].
3, Add in the batter solution of [flour] and [water] and mix until there are no lumps, then add in the [egg] and mix to make a uniform batter.
4, Put the seasoned chicken meat in the order of batter liquid and (2) and deep-fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes.
