    I love this. I was just going to use a sawzall to cut as low as possible and fill the hole with dirt. The rest can stay buried.

      I just did the rest of the yard and had to use your method. Still better than digging out that concrete for sure

    Car jack, a little wood and some chain will pull the entire thing put of the ground.

    How old was your fence posts. Mine are almost 50 years old. Maybe I can do this.

      Mine were probably 15 or 20 years old. Yours should be covered up by grass and dirt at the bottom by now, so it would probably be worth a try.

      Mine are a couple inches below ground level. I just beat down the edges with a heavy hammer and filled with dirt. No problems.
