your relationship with your pup is just how my and my boy are. just refreshing someone else has a dog helping them with yard work. thought i was the only one.
Wonderful video! Thank you! I need to take down an old ugly chain link fence as well. But I plan to jack up the posts for a new fence. Your comedy and music was great too! Awesome job! Thank you!
“Bill doesn’t like u anyways and u kinda hate Bill”😂 We all got at least one Bill as a neighbor…good video and funny commentary…it was “nice and helpful”😁👍🏽
We are setting up a home run fence of chainlink, will have to put up and take down every year, will the chainlink be that easy to roll up and unroll every time?
Yes a cutting wheel would work. An angle grinder with a cutting wheel would work. It’s just a lot more dangerous if you don’t have the PPE and know how to use one and the wheel won’t fracture and break and fling back onto your person. That would hurt.
Why not remove the concrete below? doesn't that prevent you from putting another fence in? (I'm considering this for my house) thank you for the video!
How do you separate the top rail pieces? I've got about 10 sections. When I twist them with pipe wrenches they just turn around but I can't get them to separate.
This was soo helpful thank you! The fence on our yard is ugly too and been talking about wanting to just take it down. But how can I take the poles off I don’t have that saw?
It was helpful??? Really? That’s cool. To get the posts up either saturate the ground and try to pry them out with a 10’ 2x4, or set up a pump jack, or use a 2001 Dodge Ram Cummins and back into it. Either of those will be just fine.
Could the post be removed intact? I want to swap my backyard chain link fence for a privacy fence, but I also want a chain link fence in my front yard. It would be nice to cut cost and recycle
I know this is old and all but if you are still checking the comments... what are you using to cut the fence down? I don't know what tool to buy to do my fence
Lol your funny! Looking to tackle this project. Those post are a bitch, we removed one and about 3 feet of concrete came up with it leaving a huge crater in our yard. Worst of all, It was filled with a ton of baby snakes!!!! My dad went nuts and kill them all with a shovel. Horrifying experience.
I cut them because I couldn’t pull them out. They were 42” deep in belled out concrete. I do know there videos about pulling them out. I tried. Even tried hooking it up to a 2008 dodge ram 2500 with a massive Cummins. That was fun but very unproductive. I’m glad you found how to do it right. Hopefully I’ll help those people that try to pull it out, but can’t so they have to cut it. Thanks for watching.
Almost 9 minutes of my life that I can't get back. That's ok tho, we are all a little bored in this rainy weather. Patiently waiting for the "How to put up a chain link fence" video after you find out that you actually removed the neighbors fence and they want it back up.
Welp. It’s not my fence. Oh well. And if you could get those 9 minutes back, what would you do with it?? Probably not learn how to do something amazing like this.
This is the funniest DIY video I've ever seen. I especially enjoyed the list you made.
BTW, to hell with Bill
The list!!!!!
your relationship with your pup is just how my and my boy are. just refreshing someone else has a dog helping them with yard work. thought i was the only one.
I love my dog too much. He helps with everything. He wants to be everywhere I am. Could be a problem.

This was perfect for me. I have to remove a shrub from between fence and porch. Now I know how to roll back a section. 👍👍

Thank you. Nice and anything. 😀
ROFL about your list on 0:24 Thank for that :D
😂😂😂😂. Great catch
Enjoyed this even though I was looking for a way to take off a fence gate into the backyard.
Same 😅😂
He called it a deep throat socket😂😂
From now on, that's all I'm calling it.
Yeah that was hilarious🤡
We are setting up a home run fence of chainlink, will have to put up and take down every year, will the chainlink be that easy to roll up and unroll every time?
Honestly I have no idea. Chain link would definitely be a lot heavier and bulkier to store.
Love the commentary! You made this enjoyable. Keep the attitude and put out more material, subs will come!
Thank you thank you!! So glad you enjoyed me pulling down a fence. 😂😂. I’ll definitely keep making more content. It’s soooo fun.
Would a cutoff tool work? The tool with a little cutting wheel, either air or battery?,or is it better to use a sawzall with a metal blade?
Yes a cutting wheel would work. An angle grinder with a cutting wheel would work. It’s just a lot more dangerous if you don’t have the PPE and know how to use one and the wheel won’t fracture and break and fling back onto your person. That would hurt.
@@DannyRickRick thank you.
Thanks, bro. This really helped me 👍
Why not remove the concrete below? doesn't that prevent you from putting another fence in? (I'm considering this for my house) thank you for the video!
Yeah should just dig underneath and around the concrete footing and take it out, it'll be heavy as hell but that's the right way to do it.
Ya. Go ahead. Do that. Sounds great. Have a great day
What did you use to cut the straps?
Rather see the fence posts jacked out...its not really gone until its gone.
@@kd2154 hell ya
Super good video!

I doubt it. You can pull the whole post with Concrete up all in one but you can’t re use that.
Thank you for this! What tool did you use to cut all of the small wires holding the fence up?
Wire cutters. Yep. That’s the name of the tool. 😀.
@@DannyRickRick 😂 I thought maybe you were using a bolt cutters lol, but that makes sense. Thank you!
@@ruthiedoeslife well if you have bolt cutters, use those!! That will be much easier for ya.
Wire cutters? Lol. I call them something else.😂😂
probably his busted ass teeth
Subscribed for the jokes and fun accents! Great video!!!
Coool!! Thanks!
you just made me $500 bro
appreciate it 😂😂
Shit I’ll take 10% please
Beautiful stuff bro ✊🏾✊🏾
If there ever is a next time and you happen to have or know someone with a hi-jack you can just jack the cement footings out. Anyways . Good job 👍
Thanks.
what did you cut the posts with? what type of blade is that? thank you
A metal blade for a sawzall
What if I have a plethora of piñatas,
but a shortage of metal blades?
Asking for a friend.
Sounds like a great day.
Nice 3 Amigos reference!
Hahaha!!!! Yes!!! Thanks.
Right on
I know this is old and all but if you are still checking the comments... what are you using to cut the fence down? I don't know what tool to buy to do my fence
Wire cutters or bolt cutters. Home Depot should have them.
Fabulous incorporation of your DOG!
Haha. Thanks. We all know he’s the real star.
A+ effort from the dog. I had to drop a like after that lol.
this was awesome!!! i laughed my ass off!
Hey thanks!!
I would have appreciated if you said what to use to cut the wires. Not everybody knows these things.
This is gonna freak you out. But. Get ready. Wire cutters. Mind blown Right? Hey great job today. Everybody loves you.
well that was fun
Well that was nice.
Very entertaining

Thanks!! Ya those posts are a bitch. I tried car jacks, 2x4s and my dog! Snakes sound horrible!! Funny story though.
Use a floor jack bolt something to the post to lift against
If you use a 1/2in socket on an impact it goes faster
Amazing
Why are you cutting the posts when you can pull them out. Did you know there are You Tube videos teaching you to do that.
I cut them because I couldn’t pull them out. They were 42” deep in belled out concrete. I do know there videos about pulling them out. I tried. Thanks for thinking it’s amazing
Really, tell me you don't use channel locks. Not very well equipped for a handyman.
Thanks so much for the compliment.
this isnt rust?
What’s not rust?
You don't have a Deep Well socket.....lol
Are amigos falling from the sky!?
dude. you got it
Just cut the poles fill will dirt
I do kinda hate bill!

@@DannyRickRick I did enjoy the video. I wanted to know how the top rail comes apart. Can you say?
@@charlenesroga878 once the metal rings are cut off, it lifts right off the poles. Super easy.

Can you actually just leave the posts in the ground permanently? It probably won't pass the town code.
@@LL-ue3ek there was no inspection to build the fence. Definitely wasn’t an inspection to demo it.
