At lombok is ayam taliwang. At NTT is sei babi. And soo many else 😁 if you like bakso at java is more delicious because in java made from beef cow.

Ayam Taliwang is Lombok cuisine actually.. But yeah you can find ayam Taliwang in Bali. They're neighbors anyway. Balinese food includes sate lilit, babi guling, lawar, etc.
Both of you should also try beef meatballs, but on the island of Bali where the people are mostly Hindus and they don't eat beef then you can try it on the island of Java. Indonesia is very wide and has thousands of islands and also thousands of dishes that you can taste and visit next time.
