But local news papers used to publish name of more than 100 sometime nearly 150 names of people in a day who just died in Govt. Hospital in the city... Wish govt. had given more importance to health facilities than cover ups

Indian PM used to sell tea 'chai' when he was teen and he gains sympathy from people by saying he was 'chai wala' in his speeches. Modi just plays game of divide and conquer based on religion for his votes in India and doesn't look much into the development of hospitals and schools in India. So he is saying you voted chai and not for development of hospitals .
