#10minutemeals #vegan #plantbased
I love how kind of “thrown together” these are!! This is a much more realistic way of cooking 👏
Your ten minute meal series has really changed the game for me. I was doing so well being plant based when I was at home and then when I went back to work all the meals seemed impossible to make with the time and energy I had left. Thank you sooo much!
Hi from the UK. I've been looking for seriously quick and easy plant based meals for 10 years. They all say quick and easy but they're not. Yours are!! Millions and Gazzilions of thank you's!!!!
I tried the brown rice, frozen peas, carrot shreds, tahini and low sodium soy sauce. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! So very easy and DELICIOUS! Thanks for the suggestion! It is my new favorite go-to dish!
Serious underrated channel here. Doing all 3 of these recipes today.
With your sweet voice you inspire me and you give me courage to lose my weight!
You're adorable!❤️🌺
The rice and peas with carrots is such a fast easy and delicious dish. Love it.
I live way out in the sticks now. The stores are iffy on things like ww pasta. I saw on a different channel how to make the easiest we past in no more time than it takes to make store bought. Put your pot of water on to boil. Meanwhile, mix some ww flour with a bit of water just till it holds together. Knead for about a minute. Pull off little marble sized pieces and roll them between your palms like you did play dough in kindergarten. When the water boils throw them all in and cook just until they float. Now, we don’t even like store bought pasta anymore.
The YT channel is a British lady married to an Italian who has lived in Italy for more than two decades. Anyway
Thank you for the info I will have to check that out and can't wait to try it.
Thanks for watching :) Can't wait to hear which dish you'll be trying first.
These all look amazing! I can’t wait to try the rice dish. I love the idea of drizzling with tahini. You rock!
Yes so delicious!
LOVE me some simple nutritious meals! That's completely how I roll. Def love the rice, peas, carrot idea!
Definitely the rice and peas with carrots. Then the noodles! I’m getting you sauce book too! Need it!
These are ACTUALLY quick and easy. That is what I needed. I tend to get elaborate for dinner recipes, so I want quick and filling simple lunches.
Every single meal looks amazing! I'm new to plant based and can't wait to try them!!
Тhis looks very good, especially for people who work all day and do not have enough time to cook for themselves and their children so these recipes help a lot!
Bravo 👏
New to plant based and this is so helpful! Thank you!!
I put your video on pause after the first dish and went and made it for my supper. I had to make a couple changes since I don't have any broccoli right now but I have frozen brussel sprouts and frozen cauliflower so I substituted and it was delicious.
Rice and peas bowl first for sure! So simple
Gah I love that one 🙌🏻
This sounds delicious! Thank you! And I so appreciate you listing the recipe in the description box because as you mentioned I do want to do things quick and easy and when I have to click off the video to go read the ingredients and recipe on someone's blog, I skip that and go onto find someone who makes it easy by having it in the description so I can read it while listening to the video of how to prepare it. I'm a new sub and very thankful to have found your channel!
These look sooo good! I love how your recipes are so quick and simple because that is what I struggle with the most. Coming home after working all day and hubby is still at work, trying to get food on the table for the kids and myself. These help so much.
So happy you enjoyed!
I make the rice, peas and carrots dish using a bag of frozen peas with carrots. I love the combination of soy sauce with tahini. I get my tahini online from The Tahini Goddess and it’s properly runny not like other jarred tahini. Thank you for the time you put in making videos!
Awesome! It’s my pleasure :)
Omg! I can’t wait to make the potatoes and olives, broccoli, I love your channel, so glad I found you
It’s so so good. Having that again today
@@HealthyVeganMama making it for dinner, thank you for the recipe 😀🥔🥦
I love this lady's practicality of making quick healthy meals. I am not a fan of spending hours in the kitchen because there are other things to do in life. In the end it is just food that goes in and comes out...what's important is that it is healthy food.
First time I’ve ever commented on a channel! Please don’t stop! You’re darling and show easy food I can make as I try to go WFPB from fast food and eating out too much. Many thanks!
Oh thank you so much 😊 So happy you are enjoying these videos. Thanks for watching.
I love quick and easy meals! Yum!
Me too 🙌🏻
Just a FYI…. my local Wal-Mart has that brand of squeezable tahini for $3.98/bottle. Much cheaper than Amazon!
Awesome
Cheaper than Publix too. I will have to check my Walmart the next time I'm in there
Yes- that’s where I get it!
Trader Joe’s has a great tahini that I love at a great price!
Love all your videos but these have to be my FAVORITE! Your quick, delicious, nutritious meals are the best.
Thanks for great ideas. FYI: for alternative, try DeLallo’s whole wheat pasta. Available at Sprouts. Best whole wheat pasta I’ve found.
I just came across your channel your doing a great job
I will use all these ideas! They look delish &, since they're so fast, would be great to take for lunches at work. Thanks!
Can't wait to try these recipes out, thank you for sharing your yummy food ideas with us. 🍲❤️🇮🇪
My pleasure
I think I’ll do the rice one tonight. Thanks Tia!! ❤️
If your interested, mix rice & chopped tomatoes & green beans & great northern beans, mix well & salt & pepper, 💝
Love the chick pea ! Idea!
I already made all three of these recipes! Lol My favorite was the pasta, and the broccoli and potato dish. Please make more 10 minute meal videos!!!
I love these 10 minute meals! So many vegan channels have such extensive recipes that I'll never take the time to make and these 10 minute meals are for me.
You are so cute! Love your headband and recipes, lol!
You go girl !😊
Super ideas. Thank you!
Wow, I am so impressed in my circumstance it is so hard to be able to get fresh produce so for you to use frozen it's so helpful thank you so very much you have a new subscriber
10 minutes healthy vegan meals, my favorite kinds of meals 👏👏👏
Great and easy 10 minute recipes Tia and whenever I use a recipe that suggests to use oil I substitute it with water or an alternative ingredient because I don't want to consume oil. Fantastic video and love 🥰it. We can find whole wheat pasta in health stores and supermarkets ( excluding the discount retailers) Love 💕Tia.
That’s great! So happy you can find whole wheat pasta. The store by my house seems to only have whole wheat spaghetti…no longer the fun shapes I like.
I’m in love with the rice peas and carrots bowl. It’s my go to meal when I’m hungry and need something fast.
I love the quick meals! Thank you for sharing. And your nail polish is very pretty, too. :)
Awesome! Thanks it’s my 5 year olds 😂
I'm going to make the rice dish first, oh yummy
I'm gonna make the rice & peas one right now !
Hi Vegans Mama 💞 Thank you for all the information I am going to use all your recipes 💞🙏👏Thank you God bless you
I love these videos! I’ll be trying the potato olive bowl tonight! I have everything already:)
Definitely going to make your first dish of potatoes, broccoli and hummus 👍
May have to try that potato dish. Minus the hot sauce. Might fix it up A bit for my taste. But they all look yummy. ☺️
You make cooking make sense.
Thank you beautiful lady! Trying garlic sauce recipe, thanks for give recipe not computer savvy.❤️
Enjoy!
Wowsers, all three are sensational Tia, but I have cooked potatoes and broccoli in my fridge, so I’m thinking 🤔 that one first 🤗🤗
These all look so very yummilicious 😋 My favorite spice combo on most things is onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and nutritional yeast. Truly a match made in heaven 🤤 Thank you for the food porn. SO much motivational inspiration 🙌👊👏
btw: I'm most likely going to try the rice, peas, and carrots first, but will make them all at some point 😉 'See' you next video Tia!
I love that squeezable tahini. I get it at Walmart.
Yes! They all look so yummy! I cant wait to try them all especially the last one!
Woohoo! I hope you enjoy them.
So to the point!! Love it. Thanks so much !!
They all look super,thank you!
My pleasure
rice dish is delicious, I also made your cheese sauce and alfredo sauce. I understand why your husband was eating the cheese sauce out of the jar. Sooooo good :-)
so appreciate these dishes
Have you ever tried pulse pasta made with chickpea or lentils? Super tasty, easy to find alternative and high in protein!
Yes don’t like the taste. I prefer whole wheat.
Not a garbanzo girl but that last meal looked amazing!!
Will be making the rice, peas, carrots recipe this week. So easy and it sounds so good!
Yum. Enjoy!
Gonna try the rice and peas for sure!! So simple and delish😋
Woohoo
Love this, thanks for the vegan recipes!
My pleasure. Enjoy.
That tahini changed my life! Lol. Kidding not kidding
Wow super so beautifull delicious food 🥑🥑🥝🥝
Hope you get to enjoy!
Hi, new subbie .Thank-you , they look amazing. I will try the rice with peas 😋
They all look delish!
....lets keep a close eye on that parchment under the broiler. May have more excitement on a Thursday morning than planned... 🙄. Hope the chick peas are good🔥
Haha yes! Definitely need to keep an eye out for that.
Love these!! Perfect for a grad student :)
The recipes look great.
How can we loose weight by having potato , rice and pasta in the recipe ?
5:13 ☝️😋 Love it!!!
These all look sooo yummy, but I’m most excited to try the chickpea and pasta recipe! I’ve roasted chickpeas before, and they’re addictive!!! I’m inching closer and closer to becoming vegan, and sooo appreciate your channel 😊
I hope you enjoy it. Thank you so much for watching 😀
I made the 1st before the video was over with.
Woohoo!
Hi! I'm just dipping my toe in here. I know that I need to switch to a plant based diet for health reasons, but it's a little overwhelming. My husband and two children that are still living at home, would be fine with switching, so I just need to figure out how to cook for a family as well.
Thanks so much!
I love your ideas I'm looking for a healthy apple crisp recipe do you have a suggestion for this and other Thanksgiving dishes
I'm trying the chickpea and pasta salad tomorrow. I have all the ingredients. 🤓
Enjoy it 🙌🏻
Making potatoes and broccoli for lunch today cause I have everything but the olives.
Yummy
Love these ideas! I’m always surprised that you just throw cooked food on top of raw spinach. Just curious why you don’t wilt it? Just for volume?
I just like it like that :)
Gonna try these. hate baking tho so i prob wont try the roasted chickpea
you can get the pasta at whole foods!!
Best place to find whole wheat pasta is Trader Joe’s. They have every shape and size. 👍
So easy. Thank you 🙏🏽
My pleasure
Awesome video!! Great ideas.
Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for watching.
Super super bowls can't wait to put them together. The 2nd bowl seems my favorite I love peas. ❤ I don't use microwave so let's see how it goes. How do you steam cook your broccoli that it won't be soggy soft. Hugs from Miami Florida
Just throw it all in a pot. Totally works with that second dish. I do it all the time :)
Thanks for sharing.
I'd really like some fall recipes using various winter squash types, leeks, parsnips, etc. I love to cube butternut squash & roast it. Nice snack or tossed into pasta or salad. However, the other squash types confuse me. My friends tell me to halve acorn squash, put butter and brown sugar in the middle and roast it. Not happening even with vegan margarine and maple syrup. Why do that to a vegetable?
Found that exact pasta at Whole Foods! :)
Oh yes!!!
I can't find the recipes. When I tough 'more I just get the transcript.ovevthe video though..... I subscribed.
Halloween treat ideas defo x
😋🙌🏻
I make the second bowl all the time...i add fresh cucumber and tomatoes yummy!!! You are correct it is hard to find whole wheat pasta in the grocery stores now... can you link the one you used from Amazon. Thank you :)
Yummy! So good
I wish I could eat chickpeas, they make me break out in a rash. :( Thanks for the wonderful recipes again!
Maybe replace the chickpeas with white beans. That would be good. You don’t have to twist them.
Walmart carries the tahini and some who wheat pasta
Hello Tia, do you post your reels on RUclips also? I find I very barely get on Instagram but wondered if you also upload them here since I noticed there are some short “Reels“ on RUclips also. Love your channel!
I don't know what it is either, but, I seldom ate carrots but this summer I am buying bags of fresh carrots and picking up frozen peas- what is going on? I got to cook up and freeze rice again.
Haha same. I’m kind of obsessed right now
i would love to try these recipes but would like to be able to print a recipe
You could probably print the description box with the recipes on there. I do have some pro stable recipes on my website blog healthyvm.com/blog but I don’t put all recipes on there
@@HealthyVeganMama Thank You, We are enjoying your easy prep meals. Just starting with vegan plant based and was bogged down with recipes that had way too many ingredients and took too much time and then didn't really taste all that good. Thanks
Thanks, Thea, for the lovely content!🥰 I had a lot of winter squash in my garden lately. Do pumpkins rank as veggies or starch?
Yummy. I’m pretty sure they are a starch 😋
@@HealthyVeganMama I googled in the meantime. It seems it depends on the variety. Hokkaido is about as starchy as potato, butternut a bit less and most other tend to have even less starch - rather like bell peppers. But overall it's a YES, I guess.😆 Best regards from Northern Germany!🙋♀️
Where do you find the cedars hummus? I’ve never seen that in my local stores😕
These look great! Do your kids eat these dishes, too? I am going to try them for my 13 yr old but he is challenging! Do your kids like these??
Mine don’t really like these…but every child is different so I’d try it. I’d add more fat for the kids though. The second and third dish have a decent amount of fat with the tahini and sauce…but maybe I’d add a sauce to the potato dish with a little fat in it. You could always give a side of some avocado too. If My kids want to eat one of my lower fat dishes, I always give them some avo on the side so they are getting a more balanced meal for their little growing bodies. My kid’s aren’t 100% vegan though, just me. Best of luck to you!
Thank you for sharing, question, aren’t the peas considered a starch and not a veggies?
