It's extremely sad I think, none of the other guys are on it. A transitional album to get fans used to a Robin Pecknold solo career. It wasn't the end to Fleet Foxes I anticipated or expect to ever enjoy.

Correction. "Guy". One guy, Robin. "Fleet Fox" is how it should have been credited, but that wouldn't have satisfied the record company. How sad that Robin either thinks he is Fleet Foxes, wanted to get out of the FF contract, or allowed the record company to talk him into calling it Fleet Foxes to general more sales (cos only the diehard fans know who Robin Pecknold is). It's tragic actually.

My grandma died today, this feels like the perfect song and version to remember her by, especially with that filming location
"Shore" is a masterpiece of an album, and its content transcends mere resonation.
