What to do with 1 day in the cruise port of Cobh, Ireland!

We opted to stay and explore Cobhas it was a grey rainy day.
You can go to Cork on your own or take a shore excursion to Kinsale or Blarney to visit the Castle and kiss the Blarney Stone. If you opt for Blarney, try to visit as early as you can to avoid large crowds.
