  • 10 Safest and Most Affordable Places to Live in the United States 2024.
If you are thinking about relocating, safety and affordability might top your list of priorities. However, finding a place that meets these criteria without compromising on livability can be challenging.
This video unveils 10 cities in the U.S. that strike a balance between cost-effectiveness, safety and a quality living experience. Through careful analysis of crime rates, housing costs and other key metrics, we’ve identified places that stand out for their value without compromising on the essence of a good life.
Finding The Safest & Cheapest Places to Live in the US:
To begin, we started with available housing cost data and lists of affordable places to live in the U.S. In addition to affordability, we considered criteria such as trends in population growth and housing costs, unemployment rates and major employers in the area. Next, we evaluated that list against safety data, focusing on violent and property crime rates and including other metrics where available.
This process allowed us to create a list that - unlike some other lists you might find online - features affordable places where you might actually want to live! Kindly make sure to hit the subscribe button and press the bell icon before we start this video about the 10 safest and most affordable places to live in the United States 2024.

I've lived in many regions and areas around the USA 🇺🇸 and discovered that Iowa is the best and safest state with plenty of job opportunities and Des Moines metro is the best and safest metro I've ever lived and worked in .. As far as my life experiences go... I love all 3- Iowa and Des Moines metro and Iowa friendliness ❤🎉

The population of Moscow and the Moscow region is about 25 million people. That's 17 million in Moscow agglomeration (13 million in the city of Moscow) and 8 million in the Moscow region.
Look, so, Real Russia/Provincial Russia, the Moscow suburbs, there's this *New Moscow Administrative District* (founded in 2012 with an area of 1,480 square kilometers). It's in the Moscow region, which is in Central Russia, and it has a population of 573 thousand people. Most of them are Ethnic Russians (87.56%), then there are some Ukrainians (2.09%), Armenians (1.33%), Tatars (0.83%), Belarusians (0.53%), and others less than 0.5% each. The average temperature there is +6.9 degrees Celsius (2012 - 2022) and the climate is Dfb with 678 millimeters of rain per year. It's got an eco-region of Sarmatic Mixed Forests. It's only 4.5 kilometers away from the Moscow Ring Road, and the unemployment rate is 5.8% and the crime index is 36.69%. There's also a gender split of men being 44.3% and women being 55.7%. And the average monthly salary in Moscow is $1,610 (or $1,400 after taxes). But the average salary in the Moscow region is $920 (or $800 after taxes) and the average life expectancy there is 74.6 years.
The New Moscow has got 42 new residential complexes with 31 schools and 68 daycare centers. There are three types of residential complexes in New Moscow: economic-class (30%), comfortable-class (60%), and business-class (10%).
The official promotional video from A101, a construction company, features the Moscow suburbs: *New Moscow Administrative District,* the Residential Complexes *"Spanish Quarters"* and *"Scandinavia".* The video shows Map of New Moscow, Sarmatic forests, Metro, Highways, Apartments and Streets, etc. *dCbWP56fpcw*
*Preview:* During the Spanish Civil War, thousands of kids were sent out of the Republican area to the Soviet Union from 1937 to 1938. They were trying to get them away from the chaos and hardships of war. Some of them came back to Spain between 1956 and 1959. Others went to Cuba in the 60s. But a lot of the Spanish-origin people are still in Russia today.
Moscow suburbs: the New Moscow Administrative District and the Sosensky urban settlement. There's a residential complex called "Spanish Quarters", and today's the Spanish Day there. On Seville Boulevard, they're having a dance called "A Small Spanish Corner with a Russian Heart" *SvAIixpWDMg*

From other channels, SIX states are deemed WORST and/or MOST DANGEROUS actually: S. Carolina, Arkansas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Kentucky?

I would appreciate hearing crime statistics in terms of percentages instead of numbers per one hundred thousand. The narrator is stilted sounding.

I have lived in Huntsville and after seeing it in this list. I’m considering moving back. I moved to Atlanta and this ain’t where it’s at. Great place to visit but not live as a single man trying to establish himself independently. It’s like slavery 😒

All of the towns selected on this list are in the Eastern Time Zone up until number 2, Omaha (i.e. the first 8 were in the EST, and the last two were in the Central Time Zone and NO towns whatsoever in the Mountain & Pacific Time Zones. And this is supposed to be a listing of the best towns to live in all the United States in 2024. Just bogus. And btw - it’s A.I. generated! Duh.
