I got mine 2 weeks ago. Mine is the DCT. This is my third Honda. Still have the other two. Rebel 1100 DCT and a Goldwing 1850 DCT. Could not be happier.
@@xmotojack too many good things with the AT. Luggage size as well (I want the luggage as I plan on doing NYC/Ground Zero from CA). I love that we don’t have to buy an extra subscription for something we should already have. I.E. Apple CarPlay/maps unlike the Tracer where an extra app/subscription is needed.
Funny, the 24 gold wing has 121 liter luggage volume for touring. The AT factory luggage is 70 on the sides and up to 54 on the top of I recall, so 124 liters? So by default, about half the weight, and still more luggage volume for touring😂.
' what's right for you.' Bingo. A grom may be right for another. Very nice Moto tho. To get a real feel for any new ride, prob. would take many miles and conditions/ rain? traffic? overtakes? That bike w/ 19 front tire can easily ( w/ practice) turn a circle under 18ft/ great mid range torque/ I have one just like the one in your vid!
I'm not so sure that the bmw is more expensive to maintain than the Honda. In order to access the valves on the Honda, a lot of plastics, and gas tank have to be removed. Whereas the BMW's valves are easy to get to. Honda parts are cheaper though. In any case, both the BMW and Honda are great bikes.
Im still getting used to mine, the stock tires are worthless on anything other than pavement basically. Seriously considering tossing the tires up on marketplace at a loss to get some motoz tires (adventure rear, dual venture front) to replace them.
