We need a Management School of Leila. No, seriously. I’ve never encountered such a good, logical, compassionate, and growth-minded teacher/coach in my life. This is what good looks like!
The best companies I have worked for were the ones where leaders were empowered to lead, make decisions, and bring our expertise and creativity to every situation. This mindset gave the employees trust and confidence. Good leaders produce good leaders. The word “manager” or “manage” was never used in meetings, but “mentorship” was. We were taught to teach, train, and empower and release. Thank you , Leila!
Leila is a bad ass..personally, professionally, mentally, and physically. Her truth comes from hard knocks she overcame. That's why her blend of toughness, smarts, and kindness is so incredible. Her wisdom is unmatchable. It's a blessing she shares with all of us. Very grateful for her and of course Alex who encourages this woman to be all that she is and more. Implementing her strategies and business mindset has been a challenge but a gift of value in so many ways! Thank you leila! ❤

This video came at the perfect time. I basically got "learn how to delegate and stop trying to do everything yourself" as my feedback for my performance this year. I've taken notes and am already applying things now.
Getting more done also has to do with eliminating the belief of only you can do it better. There are tons of people out there who can do far better than you only if you give them the chance. Be sure to hire the right people, help them understand their role within your organization, continuously train them on how they can get better and let them do their job. They will do a lot more than you can, especially when the company's culture encourage them never to break the bond of working as a united team. Thanks Leila 🎉 for sharing
If there’s anything that I learned working in large corporations, it’s that I really don’t give a fuck how it gets done as long as it gets done. Find somebody on your team whose capable and give them the task. Micromanaging does nothing but drive you and your team crazy as well as stagnate progress.
Today at work, I realized I abdicated and didn't delegate with proper training. When I learned the job, I had nobody to teach me, so I just used trial and error, the internet, and learned how to learn on my own. So today when my teammate who I manage, didn't do a good job, I was frustrated thinking why can't they figure it out like I did? But shortly realized that most people don't do that and need training. So, im currently creating a training program for him. It's a good experience and something I'll take to my own business in the future.
There’s a free chrome extension called Scribe How (Im not affiliated) that is amazing for making training documents. You start it, then do the process on your computer yourself, then stop it. Then it automatically makes a document with screenshots and captions telling your trainee exactly what you did. It’s my go to hack when I’m putting together a training for the first time
I run digital marketing in an agency that my family started, over 20 employees and I have about 7 years of solid experience. I'm brutally skeptical towards anyone who coaches, sells any courses, or gives lectures on conferences (our company never attends them). This woman is the first one that knows what she's talking about. First I watched her video about "Self reporting the work you've done (for people who don't really get paid or promoted as much as they deserve)" and she was spot on. Now in this video, she described exactly me. I was aware of these prolems, but never really started fixing them as to avoid disturbing the "balance". However, stagnation is now becoming louder and louder and I have to change things. This is the first time that someone approved my observations, and therefore, I am going to work alot on this problem in the near future.
here's my summary of the video content - modified eisenhower matrix system for classifying tasks (changed the axis of due date to skill - interesting!). - dichotomy of leadership - don't delegate everything nor do everything (as explained in Leadership Strategy and Tactics, written by Jocko Willink).
Love this philosophy. Love the leadership side of helping the individual you brought into the position grow to become the person you see that they are capable of.
All the advice you gave us was really good, easy to understand, and simple to do (hopefully for me...). I need to start doing a better job at delegating because I am felling the burnout...been at this on my own for the past 10 months... Thank you for showing us how to put this framework into practice now. I am doing this for sure!
I ASKED FOR THIS VIDEO IN HER Q AND A i struggled as a COO to delegate. Painful. The genius idea of leila i learned from her was you dont have to replace yourself with 1 you can replace yourself with 2 or 3 No need to find a unicorn. Leilaa is da best in leadership and soft skilss Next video hopefully would be leadership - company culture on onboarding
D@mn you for telling us to actually take action at the end and reminding us of the definition of learning. FINE. Doing the homework that you gave. 🙄 (and I’m pretty sure that it’s exactly exactly what I needed to hear)
You said by 28 years old you had a net worth of $100M. When you say you have a portfolio of $500M do you mean your net worth is $500M or you have businesses valued at $500M in your holding company?

Yeah, I totally agree
Shes absolutely brilliant. Incredible free value.
@@crazyguru9115 Would 100% attend if there was a Leila Management school!
Somehow I always underestimate the quality of her content.
What an absolute genius.
The fact that nobody talks about the book whispers of manifestation on borlest speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance

"Train them to become leaders, and not just followers." Holy shite. That sent goosebumps. You're seriously the best, Leila!🎉

Systematize, document it and set clear, well defined expectations so that you can replicate this training and make it scalable.
Every second of her content is just pure FIRE! Thank you, Leila, for sharing your powerful knowledge and way of thinking, its unique!
This doesn't just apply to running a company. This applies to also running your tasks in every day in life.
Wow !

This was real insightful, these are the boring things that makes a lot of money and keeps the engine running. Thanks Leila Hormozi
delegating as an understanding of multiplying was a huge unlock for me.
Love you Leila! I’m a female entrepreneur, six years in on a business. This so resonates for me and my business.❤

@LeilaHormozi you are handing over gold and diamonds to us. Thank you for amazing advice.
this video’s take really clicks with some of the things I've been reading in unveiling your hidden potential by bruce thornwood
Thanks

Next video, do more in 1 day that most people do in 10 years
not me checking the clock in every frame 👀
How about solopreneurs? How about people who are just starting out something?
Well you don't stay solo if you are trying to grow and scale so maybe she is talking a little further down the line
it's kinda crazy how nobody is talking about the book whispers of manifestation on borlest
I delegated 80% of the work I was doing three months ago after reading Alex Hormozi's 100 Million Leads book....
Leila > Alex
You look gorgeous and it doesn't matter what you say (well, ok, it matters, but your beauty dazzles RUclips)
Ok but how the video and title match?
You shouldn't let a fire burn continuously in your house, wherever it is.
