    Great video as always, no fluff pure actionable info.
    my only question is How do you manage limited time across the 5 areas of life as you said in your past videos?
    Like I assume SMART goals or what you call stretch goals based on your past videos is that you set one for the diff areas of life.
    I assume it how you can achieve it is thru some personalized OKR + sprints like how SDLCs(sofware development life cycle) function by agile approach.
    the problem with that is if you have set 5 diff OKRs one for each areas of life, how do you do it everyday? like you'd feel overwhelmed because there's many things to do but even if you schedule them life gets in the way so...
    Does that mean you do one activity that helps you achieve those OKRs day by day or batch them like in kanban or some sort?
    because doing one activity per diff areas of life per day would be exhausting.
    also taking into account that we humans greatly underestimate the time it will take us to complete something so the sched will not be followed even if you add buffers to compensate.
    and doing many things at once leads to poor focus and feeling of overwhelm which can deter someone from pushing further.
    so How do you approach it? spreading yourself too thin will be detrimental instead of beneficial for your goals.
    also an entrepreneur can delegate time to remove some low leverage tasks as you've said in your past videos
    but what about for blue collar who can't delegate them and have a huge chunk of time taken from them since work?
    Also using inversion mental model to visualize how will you achieve 5 STRETCH goals in 90 days seems impossible
    especially if you're just starting out and can't delegate stuff. what more for an office worker?

      "Self-management" is the ability to manage yourself - your thoughts, emotions & behaviors. Psychologists call it "self-regulation". All winners, in business, sports, etc ate master at managing themselves successfully, even when tired or under pressure. It's a key skill to cultivate
