    I love this woman's cooking and flair. I am not Nigerian but she just makes me love the food and the igbo language. I tried this soup for an igbo sister and she loved it

    How do I know the oha leaf that will not be bitter after cooking.
    After preparing, it was tasting a little bitter

      Do not use knife

      Don't turn it immediately after adding the oha leaves, cover and let it boil for some mins before turning
