I would love to see a Video in which you show us the public transport routes and give us an overall look of the city because no one does build metros like you. Great video and much love❤
Honestly, I've been watching you sporadically since 2018, only some episodes, but now in 2024 and 2025 I can say that I can see huge progress in city building and the way of how you are making films, keep it up
And if you use the Rail Infrastructure Pack you get the four-track tied arch bridge for rail in it (along with a number of other options)... great build as ever! You had me at "Rail" LOL!
@@imperatur Ah, the up-down up-down configuration you have for your tracks... yes. So, I need to make that version too then! Since I've added that type of track by request of someone else... more work. Lovely! I should probably do subway versions of the bridges too...
Have been watching and enjoying every single episode of this series, but i've noticed one flaw: there are no gas stations (usually they are almost everywhere near industrial areas, at highways exits, urban areas etc.). Personally i think it would be really cool if you added like one of those big highways' service areas with restaurants and gas stations for both cars & trucks
Amazing progress. I always come back to your CS and CS2 videos. You have that je ne sais quoi when it comes to building out beautiful, realistic cities and suburbs.
Leaving vacant lots would make industrial (and well every zone) more realistic because america seems to have a lot of them. Also some lots could be under construction or construction starting soon so just empty gravel area or something like that.
I'm a pretty new watcher, and I just want to say that I'm loving these videos man. The downside is that I just feel worse about anything that I build 😂 some of you folks just have "the sight"
The only thing I hate of these videos is the enormous spoiler at the beginning of every video. The fun is to see how it looks in the end and how (I) would do it. (No hate, I LOVE this city and your content) :D
@imperatur Appreciated; I have very little free time and love getting the snap shot and running ideas in my own mind. I only get four hours of gaming a week, so thinking ahead helps!
Would love to see pedestrian bridge ends added. Like a lift and switchback type arrangement in a few different architectural styles. Could be done in a future pedestrian dlc or just added in the base game.
very nice to look at! aestetically pleasing! This looks like creating a miniatur world. Have you ever been to Miniaturwunderland in hamburg? Anyways imperatur x city planner plays when?
I'm really late to this but heres a trick if you use move it and the pillars on bridges disappear: If you move the bride too low it usually removes the pillars or sinks them into the ground, if you replace the road with the elevated road tool selected, it will put the pillars back and make them level on the ground
"Let me know if we should respect the topography"... proceeds to level a whole mountain. Having said that, I like when you do features, so if you want to change the whole map, go ahead.
Hey, super Episode und einfach sehr gut gebaut. Kleine Kritik nur an deinem Voice Over. Das klingt manchmal sehr gehetzt, ohne Pausen. Man denkt immer, wann atmet der Junge mal? ;) - ansonsten, mach weiter so!
For train and subway tunnel entrances you should try one of the ploppable half circle warehouse assets. it hides all the wonky terrain around it and gives it a smooth and realistic feel.
If pollution is a problem but you want to keep industry buildings without worry, I know there is a mod that removes all types of pollution including the effects of sewage in clean water. I use it in my cities and it works like a charm, also there are some settings you can mess with if you don't want to completely erase pollution from the city :)
@@imperatur Fair enough, hopefully changing in-game mechanics such as pollution can become part of the vanilla game for a more controlled experience in the future
I really hope with a "Vehicle Variety Pack" of some sort, we have buses, trains, and cars from around the world; old and new. I also hope that comes as a free or surprise update from the devs too.
I would love to see some areas centered around the unique buildings that came with the game. I think they’re rather large but could make great landmark buildings
Thanks! Love your series, been following you since early CS1 days when you were showing me how to build interchanges! You’ve set the bar so high for CS2
You seem to only look at infrastructure in the north east us and south east Canada. Look at some other citys in usa like Cincinnati, Dallas,Chicago,Phoenix,Denver,Seattle,Portland Oregon, Las Vegas,LA,Miami,Nashville. You'll find alot of examples of cool stuff
We need the custom props, vehicles, buildings and custom 3d models that we can use more than any DLC. But I am waiting a transport DLC because still no little boats or ferries or even bigger coach busses in the game yet that drives me crazy at the moment.
I could not live with non functional stuff that could be functional ^^ Like trains as a prop in front of a functional train yard. My OVD would not allow.
I have never played this game, but I enjoy watching other people play this game, before going to bed I often watch content from this channel, it makes me sleepy quickly I like this, maybe next you should try making an international airport

I feel like every tile in this city has a metro interchange 😂
And some industry plots XD
... But it's important to have everything close😁
Hahah not every but yeah I love building metros😂
Where are the busses and trams😢
@@imperaturFR😅😂😅

Yess when the network is more developed:)

Thanks so much for the clear fly in this time! Ive got a good grasp of the city's layout now! Love this stuff man!
Bro makes it look like he's been playing the game for a decade. Beautiful series!

That sounds good i should incorporate that in the next builds

This looks really great and I'm glad your putting coherence before the challenge now!
They should add another airport DLC since the normal airport is too small, and the international airport is too wide which makes it look bad.
I really like your building style, it almost looks like a real city!
That‘s the intention behind it all:D
best CS2 series on youtube. you are so talented at this game you just have the eye for it
Frohes neues Jahr. The city looks great.
Frohes neues!!:) thank you:)

changing the terrain is half the fun!
Astounding build as always, did you try the roadwear ajuster mod? I recommend it!

sup bro really love tour vidoes!
what's your pc specs>?
I'm so amazed by your city and hyped for the city center with his amenities and the CBD. see you soon i hope :)
Chicago has highway median stations that have heavy rapid transit running between highway directions. Might be cool to see implemented here
Yes i thought about that too:)
@@imperaturChicago is great for transit-porn. Turns out you can do a lot when you raise your whole city by 3 meters 😅

Gibt es eine Liste mit den Mods die du benutzt? Großartige Arbeit !
Hello! Thank you for this vidéo.
Are the buildings you place using the mod functional?
Add a river or waterfall near a valley or a canal whichever suits you as water 🌊 Add aesthetic and look natural 😊😅
Would you be interested in going to the Thunderdome or not really your genre? Planning on also going to some Verknipt events
Would you try out a diverging diamond interchange somewhere on the map?
Yeah why not somewhere in the outskirts:)
Your one tile is more complex than my whole map .

We're all here playing CS 2 while Imperatur is playing Google Maps.

Awww🥹🫶🏻
🔥🔥🔥🔥
If the issue is not fixable, remove the road entirely and force the traffic into other entry points. \o/
Why don't you use simple circle for curved roads? Tried it several days ago and it's really cool and easy to conect roads with right angle.
n terms of DLCs, I might be a bit biased, but we need a Scandinavian Low-Density DLC.
Imperatur I’m in love with you ❤
Love you too!!:)
What texture pack are you using?
Maybe you could add a bit more suburban spral and a bus depot
What are some of the mods your using?
Still waiting for the airport
It‘s not time for an airport yet in this city 🥲
I think CS2 Need more Option for Public Transport Like Trainstaitin etc
Yesss definitely!
Day 2 "make a video about mods and graphics settings")
Sounds good:)
Shouldnt 3 metro stations be at the metro hub area? For all 3 lines, one of them just flies past the other stations
Come on, it's far beyond the tile limit
I'm waiting for the Bridges & Ports DLC hoping for more varied bridges for both road and rail I feel that this is really lacking in CS2
I wish CS:2 didn't crash all the time.
It‘s okay since a few days idk:D
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🗿🗿🗿🗿🗿🗿🗿
❤️❤️❤️
my rail depot never loads any cargo. What am I doing wrong?
Where are the busses
So, no more Last Angeles? 🙄
Probably not…
@imperatur hmm, that's interesting, no one is giving us CS2 on consoles
