Sound insulation, carpet and a new (to us) tilt steering column! Part 40

Welcome back to the driveway! In this Episode we install the sound deadener and carpet in the 48! We also take a field trip to the local salvage yard to procure a new to us tilt column, adding just another touch of comfort and class to the ol 48!
