    If we are gonna do lunges and squads it gonna make it more worse... I thought this video will show me stretchs and not making it worse by bending the knees

      You should start by doing isometrics wall sit, bridge hold,.. Then ONLY when you feel improvment you Can try some of these exercises but NEVER work through pain

      No it doesn’t stretching your thigh muscles and other muscles help ease the pain.But you need also need to get strong legs

      Only the exercise nr 2 is good, the other two make it more worse
