Instead of revealing the dentist that you had been doing oil pulling for last one month or so, you should have told him that you are using his prescribed medicine, trust me his opinion would have been different second time.
You mean to say that a dentist who makes his living on people with tooth and gum decay is telling us that oil pullingdoes absolutely nothing to help? .......I just bought 5 lbs of coconut oil.
Exactly, and to hear that he flosses once a week, ist just juck! Also the Fotos bevor and after Shows that he’s gumms were getting better, he is a lazy person with bad oral habits .
Add a few drops of clove oil or oregano oil to the coconut oil to make a much more potent anti bacterial, anti-fungal mixture for oil pulling. You can also saturate your floss in it before flossing to get in between teeth.
Hey dentist, dentist here...microscope is a qualitative sample, not quantitative. Also spirochetes indicate mature, pathogenic biofilm. They are NOT found in healthy flora.
@@synanthony but there is less tho isn't there moron. The fact you are a dentist means nothing, dentists are greedy knobs that charge insane amounts for simple things and half the time do shit work to make money. Why do none of you do a clean that gets all the spots? I'm not a dentist and even I can see the stains that are left. Just laziness. Oil pulling DEFINITELY worked for me. Prior to oil pulling my X-rays showed plaque under the gum and my gum around one tooth had receded. My dentist prescribed regular deep root cleanings to remove the plaque/treat my gums (hated the painful procedure)-I did that for about 2 years. I started oil pulling every other day and within 6 months my teeth were cleaner, whiter AND MY GUM GREW BACK around my tooth. I was amazed! At the next dental visit the x-rays were clear-there was NO TRACE of plaque under the gum. My dentist agreed that there was a dramatic improvement, but he still wanted to continue with the deep root cleaning🤨 That was my last visit to his office.
Wow! This is my sign to start. I have the same situation going on with the gum around one of my teeth is receding. I don’t want to be scammed by a dentist either I appreciate this post
@@Jahfull You’re welcome! I was floored when my gum began to come back tightly around my tooth because I’d been told that wouldn’t happen. My daily morning regimen was: a tablespoon of Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil (unrefined); swished around my mouth for 15-20 min as I got ready for work, spit into the trash-NOT YOUR SINK-the oil will clog pipes. Then brush with your regular toothpaste. Some rinse with salt water before they brush-I never did that. Good luck! You’ll be amazed. PS: Also, continue your flossing routine.
@@Dene4196 thats amazing! I have some recession on a top tooth and some bottom teeth. I use to oil pull every day and i notice the gum was growing back but i stopped, now im back at it . My gums are less inflamed when i oil pull -
I found more real support from the comment section than I did in the video. Thank you to all who have shared their stories and experience. Oil pulling hasn’t been around for as long as it has if it didn’t work. Plus, no one talked about what this guy was eating* to create more bacteria, or how healthy his organs are in general. No one’s routine is perfect but the teeth is part of the larger system, “just doing what all the other patients do” doesn’t work for the common folk who can’t afford the services. So we must revert back to the old school methods if we want to see any results this lifetime. Good luck y’all.
I agree. I cant afford the prices they are giving me and had to look for other methods. Also their “cleanings” were just making my gums worse. If its goos for the Egyptian gods then its good enough for me ha
Oil pulling is an ancient technique that comes from Ayurveda. So yes it is ancient and there is a reason for that. The same reason that Jal Neti (Neti rinsing) works.
Gladly it seems that most agree with you. The comments section is full of everyday people that usually don’t have a narrative whereas these videos these days you can’t trust at all
www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S096522991630019X weird cause research say it works. I don't know why you guys fuzz over dentist. When their own research says it works
@J Ferreira doctors in the us must be weird. Cause here they wanna fix you without unnecessary use of medicine. The only issue is that people dont bother to do basic things, like losing weight or exercise.
Of course I seen the same doctor.... it's all about money. Its 5,000 for the laser surgery. He pushes the procedures. Hes a con artist and his staff......
My dentists often neglected too many problems like early signs of erosion and gum recession....they always just kept mentioning if whether or not I had cavities..
I had a root canal and the tooth got inflamed, causing a small gap between the teeth. I started oil pulling with CASTOR OIL instead of coconut oil and I have seen an improvement after 1 time. The pain that normally comes when I chew on that side is gone. I almost forgot there was a problem on that side. So I kept oil pulling for about 5 mins, not 20, and I am seeing a huge improvement. I will keep doing it and I believe over time my issue may be reversed.
I don't know if Dr Nemeth would be interested to hear this or not but here goes. .... About five years ago I had significant bone loss in the bone holding my front lower teeth along with (and largely of course because of significant gum recession there), with pockets. I also had a small area of mild gum infection on one side of my jaw. The dentist was recommending expensive deep cleaning type of procedure to address the bacteria that was of course causing the bone loss etc. Nothing else was advised or recommended to me by the dentist. ........... Instead, what I did was to do my own research and use some basic common sense. As a result I adopted a whole regimen to address the problem. .... I had all my life brushed twice a day and flossed. At this point however I switched to an ultra soft tooth brush and began utilizing the "Modified Bass" technique for brushing (which I had never even heard of before and no dentist over the years had ever told me about). .... I dipped the brush in food grade Peroxide and massaged the bristles down into the affected areas in the gums. I also would hold a small puddle of the Peroxide in my mouth for a few minutes right on the affected front lower area to allow the Peroxide to bubble and kill any bacteria that was there. I was careful as best I could to keep the Peroxide away from any fillings in my mouth. I had heard that it might have a corrosive effect on amalgam. I do not know if that is true or not. I used the Peroxide in this way once a day for about one week. I also began trying different natural recipes for tooth paste which were recommended by different sources. One recipe I tried for a while was a mixture of baking soda, virgin coconut oil, food grade peppermint oil and Himalayan salt. Neem oil was another oil I used and applied it directly by massaging it into my gums with my finger. There are other oils such as these which can be used to kill bacteria and thus strengthen the gums. Just from doing these things alone, my gums began looking much better color wise and it appeared that I was taking the right approach. .... Over the months that followed I began trying a few natural tooth pastes which I found on Amazon. One was composed of a recipe from Ayurvedic medicine. A couple of others I used for a while were composed of different recipes featuring either "Bentonite clay" or another type of clay. All of these different tooth pastes have served me and the health of my mouth extremely well over the years. I like to try different recipes or products to explore how well or not something works for me. In my opinion the majority of main stream commercial tooth pastes are garbage and should not be used by anyone. The other very important element in all of this of course is dietary changes, but I have already spent more time here than I can afford right now so I will leave it there and hope this info may be of some help to someone else who may need it. - EDIT: Yikes!. after all that I completely forgot to add one of the most important pieces of my report here. I had full xrays one year ago (about 4 years after making the changes I shared above), and the results showed that the bone in the front lower area of my jaw has fully recovered and grown back. Also, my gums look really great. When I have gone to the dentist for a check up and cleaning, they find no problems and there is no cleaning for them to do because I never have any plaque. They also diagnose my gums as looking great. My teeth in general also feel stronger than they ever have. ---------- EDIT: - The following is some of my diet changes information for anyone who may be interested; .... I want to share here that the right dietary changes are and were also very important for my success as they are for anyone. I eliminated grain foods from my diet. This includes such foods as breads or any baked foods made with wheat, corn or rice etc. I avoid grain based breads, cereals, cookies, pasta etc. Breads made from sprouted grains are better for you but I chose to eliminate grains period. Note, this would include avoiding such products as rice milk or oat milk. This also includes eliminating any raw nuts or seeds that have not been sprouted. Sprouting helps to eliminate much of the phytic acid in these foods and phytic acid draws minerals out of the body which in turn of course weakens teeth and bones. I do not consume any sugar except for what is found naturally in the small amount of different types of berries which I try to consume fairly regularly. I do not consume much fruit in order to avoid the significant amounts of sugar therein. I do use small amounts of organic Stevia which is a natural plant sourced sweetener. Monk fruit extract is another option but I have not tried it. I increased my consumption of quality fats from foods such as canned wild caught sardines, wild caught salmon, 100 percent grass fed meat or wild game.Grass fed organ meats are ideal such as liver, bone marrow etc. Vitamin A&D from high quality cod liver oil. Grass fed dairy products such as butter and raw dairy is the best. ... Avacados are another staple of mine which are a good source of healthy fats as well as fiber. Also, quality pure olive oil as well as avacado oil are two that I use regularly. Make sure the olive oil is truly pure & extra virgin and not diluted with other cheap oils as most of the olive oils on the market are. Hemp seed oil is another very good option to consider if you like the taste. Of course olives and anchovies are two other foods that I consume as well. Raw fermented vegetables are invaluable for oral health and overall health in general. The optimal health of the gut is known to be crucial to the optimal health of the mouth, teeth and gums. You want to strengthen and build up the healthy bacteria in the gut by regularly consuming foods like raw sauerkraut or raw pickles etc which you can make at home yourself or you can buy in certain stores such as Whole Foods. ..... Just to add one very invaluable additional fermented food suggestion here; If you can find a source of raw, grass fed milk, ... in my opinion raw milk Kefir is the most outstanding source of health promoting gut bacteria that you will ever find. Far superior to even raw milk yogurt. I cannot recommend it enough. Some sources that do sell raw milk, also sell raw milk Kefir, but if all you can get is the milk, you may be able to find a source that sells the Kefir grains which you can use to convert your milk into Kefir. There are sources on line that will instruct you in how to do this. .... NOTE: Store bought, 'dead milk' (pasteurized), Kefir is essentially worthless. Don't waste your money on it. I also consume plenty of organic extra virgin coconut oil and or MCT oil for the health promoting, slow burning saturated fat. I also consume free range eggs and raw grass fed cheese. Organic dark leafy greens, cruciferous veggies such as broccoli. brussle sprouts, cauliflower etc are excellent of course among others as well as sea weeds like Wakame, Nori, Dulse etc which provide plenty of minerals. I also grow my own sprouts (very easy to do), including broccoli, radish, pea, mung bean etc, etc. One serving of sprouts provide approx. five times the nutrients found for example in one whole head of that vegetable such as broccoli. You can buy sprouting seeds on amazon or elsewhere on line and you can find 'How to' videos on youtube. ............... There is more to share along these lines but this is a good foundation of info to work with. I hope it is of some help to you. I wish you well in your efforts to strengthen your oral health.
This guy is FOS. I had receding gums, big black spots at tops of my incisors, after oil pulling with COCONUT oil (tried sesame but it didn’t work) for 3 weeks I have no more receding gums and the black decay spots are nearly restored. It’s amazing.
I’m going to call BS as well. I had a lot of harden tarter and plaque and after doing it for about a month it came off after a good self cleaning. Tarter and plaque has never came off that easy before. So yeah… Dead give away when they pushed their procedure afterwards. Typical medical bullshit
@@GB0915 any improvement yet? If not, you should actually try mixing the coconut oil and oil of oregano.. I've seen that combination mentioned in a few different videos
I was diagnosed with severe gum disease. I was a plant based eater who cleaned my teeth twice a day and thought I was healthy. My research was very clear, my diet was a major problem. So, I changed to an animal based very low carb diet, and started oil pulling with coconut oil. Within weeks, my gum inflammation had gone. Within months my gun disease had completely gone. My dentist didn't believe me when I said all I'd changed was diet and oil pulling. Dentists are part of the allopathic system, don't expect them to help you heal, there's no money in cures.
@@ikkespillendekarakter3924 The oil pulling helped with the inflammation definitely, but the health of my gums and the thickening and strengthening of my teeth was definitely down to the meat. Oil pulling can't do that.
In 2009, an oral surgeon told me that I needed gum surgery due to the number of deep pockets and gum recession. I said to myself, "Aw hell no," and started researching. The first thing I tried was an antimicrobial product, but it killed the good bacteria, too. Then I found out about oil pulling and I've been doing it faithfully ever since. My pockets eventually reduced over time, and now I get mostly measurements of 1 and 2, some 3, and one 4 on a very problematic tooth. I alternate coconut oil one day, olive oil the next, 20-minute sessions. Brush my teeth before and after, and oil pull on an empty stomach, so first thing in the morning, but I do have a cup of coffee first because, hey, gotta have that coffee to get going. Long story short, I get compliments from the dentist on how healthy my gums are.
Hello, how long did it take for you to see your gum recession improving when oil pulling? Right now I have like 5mm recession on one side my tooth, but I’m just doing eye measurements, how r u measuring yours And what was your deepest measurement when your dentist referred you to surgery? Do you think mine can possibly improve? My recession is due to brushing too hard for years (I’m 22) what was yours caused by?
Dump the olive oil and use sesame oil instead (not toasted sesame oil) also use wheatgrass powder mixed with water does not require twenty minutes only five.
It has work for me very ... have not seen a dentist in over 10 years and recently went just to get i guess a regular clean up. My dentist was shocked how good my gums were teeth white and actually warn me not to use to much of the whitening procedure as it could actually harm my enamel. My replied i dont do any of that just oil pulling first thing in in the morning coconut oil with sesame oil and black cloves and and fennel seeds for 15 mins. He just walked away and plan to keep doing this so hopfully i dont see a dentist in another 10 years. I mean think about how in general our ancestors survived life. Natural remedies
How much of each ingredient can u add ? Can u suggest please? Thanks. Heard mustard oil plus special (Himalayan or other sea salt form) salt rubbing all over teeth n gums will resolve many dental issues too.
When I was a kid I would use various metal tools to clean my teeth b4 going to the dentist bc I was worried I'd get a 'bad report' since I had spotty brushing habits 🙃. He complemented me on how clean they were, and he was visibly shocked when I mentioned I'd cleaned them myself, lol. 😂
I’m all about oral hygiene; Brushing, flossing, and regular check ups. Even with diligent oral care, I still began experiencing receding gums and sensitivity in my early 40s. I started oil pulling with Guru Nanda oil (it’s a mixture of different oils) and I have noticed a significant improvement. I oil pull before bed and I don’t even wake up with bad morning breath. I can’t wait until my next check up and cleaning.
To be fair I did oil pulling way back and while I don't doubt there's no difference in bacteria before and after, I personally definitely noticed a big reduction of plaque and gum inflammation after doing it, as well as the complete cessation of toothaches.
@Ali N I do 20 minutes every morning before I eat, sounds like a long time, but honestly I loose track of time and sometimes do 30 minutes. I set up my breakfast, do some exercise, check emails etc.heck I even do it when I'm on my inversion table lol
I oil pulled for 20 minutes, for just over a month before seeing the dentist. They did a microscope analysis, and it was so funny to see, they kept coming back for more scrapes in different places and they couldn't believe how little the bad bacteria count was. They kept asking me about my teeth regimen & my diet. I was really proud & satisfied. My husband who was not oil pulling, and brushes daily, had a much higher count. Also, it helped with tooth sensitivity, and my gums got a healthy pretty pink. I also think my teeth got whiter. I was going in for a cracked amalgam, that had an edge up for like 3 years before that, and it finally cracked. I was so scared they were going to try and crown it. I begged them to just remove it, and fill it with composite. They couldn't assure me completely, but said they would try their best. After he removed the amalgam, he was like, "Oh! This is good! I can totally fill this!" I had my husband with me to back me up, and the dentist showed him, and was like, "Look, barely any decay, I can fill it." Make sure you are in charge at the dentist. They were going to crown it, and I was adamant that it should be filled. Please do your homework, it's your mouth for life. Look up anything from Dr. Weston A. Price (ex: Nutrition and Physical Degeneration). You'll be amazed at what you find! I learned about him in 2009, and I could not be more THANKFUL! 🙏 It changed mine & my family's diet and teeth regimen. Also, Ramiel Nagel, Cure Tooth Decay. Dr. Robert O. Nara, How to Become Dentally Self Sufficient, and Money by the Mouthful. Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. Also, a water irrigatior/ water flosser is a game changer! I oil pull every year or so. Like 4-6 weeks of oil pulling, every 6-12 months. Especially if I ever have any issues: sensitivity, pain, injury, bleeding, etc. Good Luck to anyone who reads this! 🙏
This gives me hope as I've developed some cavities and messed up my teeth during the past year because of mental health issues leading to poor oral hygiene 🥺
4:36 Well I counted about 12 parasites before, and only 2 afterwards. This is without using an antibacterial/antimicrobial like turmeric which is often recommended. I was actually looking to see if vigorous massage helps grow gum tissue, or pull the gums back down over the teeth (like the pinhole technique) as yet I haven't found an answer to my question, but it seems plausible to me.
I watched this video several times and there were major improvements. Skyler had way more of the bacteria in the first slide than in the second so it was working. He was just impatient and tired of the long 20 minutes a day treatment. Natural remedies take a while but they work. For me I'm going to do the oil pulling because my insurance won't pay for laser treatment.
they are lying and discouraging ppl to use natural route to cure gum disease, this is all staged and lie. if more ppl use holistic healing these drs will be out of business.
Hold on. The first slide has about 12 to 13 visible spirochetes and the second slide has 2. The first one is very blurry (was it on purpose?) but I slowed down the video and replayed it a few times where it shows two slides side by side. There are at least a dozen of them wiggling around. The second slide has 2 visible ones. There might be some more but I couldn't really point them out. So, Joseph R Nemeth DDS, what is it supposed to mean? You say it's the same but you show the slides with an obvious reduction in spirochetes. Even blurring out the first one can't cover up the difference. Are the viewers so dumb in your opinion? You do have 4.4 likes - those are people who trusted you, and 1.7 dislikes - those are people who actually checked the slides. I doubt you have a reasonable explanation for this deception.
I am doing oil pulling(coconut oil with cloves) and it's been almost 15 days. I had a problem of gum recession and the method was really effective. And also it reduces the blackening of gums and bacterial infection. Try it with cloves.
My background is not of Ayurvedic practice but oil pulling is an ancient ayurvedic tried and tested practice for millenniums. The best method I found is below (please correct me if i am wrong anywhere): Try Oil pulling Once a day every day for 10-20mins and thereafter once or twice every week. Best at morning, empty stomach In coconut oil, add the following (coconut is by far the best choice for oil pulling) Turmeric power( just a pinch) Fennel and clove powder or you can grind them at home into fine powders. Let the above mixture sit for 2 days and sieve the powders out from the coconut oil Then it is it time to rinse mouth. First add same quantity of water and the mixture in a separate container Then try swishing, gargling at cheeks and upper and lower mouth (especially lower) and spit it out in the bin or tissue (not the sink) Make sure you use a small amount of mixture and rub it on the gums at the end. It is best to swish until it gets hot (should also turn milky at the end) but stop if jaw hurts. Increase time in increments. Remember volume will increase double when swishing in mouth so use appropriate quantity beforehand. Try rinsing mouth with salt water after oil pulling. Must make sure to brush afterwards. You can do swishing first thing in the morning with your bath to save time? Store the mixture in a cool, away from sunlight place. Best to use Amber glass bottles as container. Best of Luck!
Oil pulling is hardly torture. 😄I’d say root canals, fillings, bleaching is much more torturous. Also flossing, brushing, rinsing, takes time too. I have Invisalign and trying to rebuild enamel and I probably spend at least 20 minutes a day on oral hygiene.
Clear aligners make such a difference to traditional braces. It's great that you spend so much time on your teeth too. Yeah, if oil pulling is torture, then what are all these procedures? It surely can't do any harm.
I’d swish with remineralization drops before putting your aligners back in! Also, don’t brush immediately after eating. Instead, swish with water, put in aligners, then brush later. Be sure to keep the aligners super clean also. You can use a Sonic cleaner (jewelry cleaner) to do this with a squirt of hydrogen peroxide.
Oil pulling definitely works. Prior to oil pulling my gums would bleed and I had tooth pain. Stopped once I started to oil pull, I fell off from oil pulling due to laziness then my gums started to bleed again. Gonna get back into and stick to the natural way!
Oil pulling is supposed to be done for several months before you start seeing improvements. i.e. not just 35 days And it depends on each person, but the combination that is highly recommended is sesame oil and clove oil.
I have only had 1 abcess in my life. I couldn't get in to see the dentist for 3 weeks! I couldn't wait, I started oil pulling again, been doing since my early 20s, but hadn't done it in a few years & went back to it. Was out of my Organic Sesame, so I grabbed my Organic Raw Coconut Oil. The abscess started pulsing! I grabbed my camera & videoed my gum to see what my eyes may not have been picking up, but I could see directly, blood literally concentrated in that area moving through my gum line. The pain subsided almost immediately (less & less pain as an hr or 2 had passed). I pulled again a few hours later (I had also gone to pick up some Sesame). I tried the Seasame first & felt nothing but still recorded, no visible activity, so I went back to the coconut & same thing, pulsing, except now pus is breaking through the gumline @ about 17 minute marke and zero pain. Next day no abscess, gum is completely normal bar some redness. Pulled again next morning & a few hours later, no redness, normal healthy pink gums. Perhaps the Sesame is doing something different, targeting different strains, and it's action is less visible? I don't know, but as for the abscess there was a noticeable physical & visible sensation, that produced immediate results with the CO. I wish the dentist would have done both (Sesame & Coconut Oil Experiment). It would have been nice to see & compare @ spirochetes, perhaps using two different patients? 2nd Scenario: My visit to Dentist, said I need deep scaling and warned based on xrays and touch testing it would take a minimum of 2 hours. I went home & oil pulled and after that, 5 minutes of baking soda swish (1 Tsp), this time I was spitting what felt like small rocks🤔 & I pulled again before my appointment. I spent a total of 30 minutes in that chair! I asked what happened to the 2 hrs minimum? She said she couldn't explain it, it just wasn't there. I know oil pulling works because I have measurable proof (with coconut oil), not just a feeling. I don't have any measurable proof with Sesame, but I pulled with Sesame for over 15 years & had absolutely no gum issues (this is anecdotal to credit Sesame in this case I know), well I didn't have any that were noticeable.
Firstly, stop eating outside junk food, and oily food, cool drinks, cigarette, tobacco etc, Regularly eat sprouts, fruits, boiled vegetables, juices, dry fruits, salads, only add it into black pepper avoid salt and no sugar. Eat naturally so, we will not get suffer by dental or any other problems, Oli pulling works it is the best home remedy, by doing this you can also cure your sinusitis, 🤗
I noticed Skylar mentioned he continued the more routine parts of his dental hygiene regime; particularly brushing twice daily. Skylar doesn't identify the brand of toothpaste he used during his 30+ day experiment (?) with oil pulling so I presume he used a ADA approved toothpaste with either stannous fluoride (0.454% 0.15% w/v fluoride ion) or sodium fluoride ion (0.24%). If this assumption is correct the the ADA approved toothpaste and recommended regime of brushing twice daily also failed to reduce levels of harmful bacteria in his gums.
This is supposed to be done at least when you wake up in the morning for at least 20min before brushing your teeth. Plus don’t forget to rinse/ gargle with warm salt water before brushing....
He stated that he did not change his habits but added oil pooling. He oil pooled at the wrong time and most likely used his bacteria infected toothbrush. Swish with Himalay salt water and then pool first thing in the morning. Intermittent fasting helps also on account of acidosis after eating. I have healed cavities this way and have x ray proof.
So weird but I had painful gums so much that I had to stop brushing for a few days . I tried oil pulling and the pain went away and I was able to resume brushing pain free 👍🏼
floss twice a day.. not dental floos those round brush one..cant remember the name and get a water pic.. should be the first thing u do in the morning and before bed
I have oil pulled for years with sesame oil and my dentist is surprised to see much less tarter and overall better gum condition than when i was not doing it . Also diet will play a significant role in tooth/gum health
Never been to the dentists and the first time I went they never believed that was my first visit. I don’t speak for all but from my experience this does work
@Bella N what kind of dental routine did you use when you were in africa. and also what kind of diet ? any junk food ? what kind of snacks did you eat in africa? thanks :) if you ever have time do a blog or write a book about dental health in africa :)
Next times if you can add sea buckthorn oil, licorice, neem oil, ginger oil, cinnamon and cardamom ,cured seesame oil,Echinacea purpureea root you will love the result.
Skyler I want to educate you or help you learn the “how to oil pull” part of your 35 day experiment. You wasted 11 hours trying to prove something rather than understanding that the process is done for prevention and not for immediate cure. A dentist is well learned in traditional dentistry and with all good intentions towards his patients, he is limited to his knowledge, to his practice of dentistry in his state licensing, his liability, research, medical/dental equipment from the manufacturer, skill acquired on using such equipment, payor insurance, staffing, his morale, ethics and so on.....so all the other commentators please try not to judge. So Skyler the question you should ask yourself is.......”if I did not have a tooth paste, brush and a floss what would I do?” If your answer is “I am curious-what would I do and how would I prevent dental disease?” Here is your answer 😉 History: Oil Pulling origins - Initially Indus Valley Civilisation - later migration into South Indian peninsula they are known as Dravidians - Ayurveda (traditional Indian Medicine focuses on prevention) Available resources for dental Hygiene - water, Himalayan pink crystal salt (no ocean), Neem tree branches, sesame oil (no ocean), cloves, turmeric root. Later migration from Indus Vally to Deccan Plateau- Dravidians - coconut oil instead of sesame oil and crystalized raw sea salt due to the ocean. This is what is still used in majority of South Indian population where modern dentistry is not feasible. Procedure: Step 1: Flush your mouth 1 min with a few tbsps of water and 1 tsp of raw crystalized salt. This creates a neutral environment for the next step. ( We can use filtered water now but 3000 years go they used water that was stored in clay pot over night so any impurities settle to the bottom of the pot and they only used the top layer with out disturbing the entire pot). Step 2: crush 1 tsp of cloves and mix it in 1 tsp of sesame oil, strain the oil. Add 1 tbsp of water to this (notice oil & water do not mix-clove bits will settle to the bottom). Flush your mouth or oil pull as we call it in west with this liquid for 2-3 mins. Your saliva (post the first step in neutral form acts as an emulsifier agent). At the end of 2 mins spit and you will notice that the sputum is watery, not thick...., the oil essentially sticks to your gums and upper pallet. Do not rinse. Step 3: 1 tsp of turmeric power, add a few drops of water to make a very tick paste. Use your index finger and apply this paste to your teeth and let stand for 1 min. Do not swallow or rinse your mouth at this time and follow step 4... Step 4: chew a Neem tree twig for 5 mins. Do not brush your teeth with the twig rather chew using all your teeth. What ever saliva is produced spit it away along with the turmeric. The whole process takes about
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! We have heard form others that the oil pulling was done improperly. I think this is definitely worth a second shot if @Skyler is down for it.
I used unrefined un toasted raw sesame oil and it worked for my mouth sore red inflamed gum, tongue the whole mouth was inflamed. from using all kind of flossing, brushing,, special bruising for between teeth, gum stimulator etc. only sesame oil worked for me.
Plus the hours of the life it took you to work to pay for that dentist treatment. Not to say one shouldn't get laser treatment for it but I think a person should do both.
1:13 it was huge pain also. i dont know what he did to hurt himself. i guess he cant even eat a lunch without hurting himself. btw ih he had no results at all i would belive that cuz he did it in the evening not in the morning. he washed his car in the rain to say so
I've been having gum/tooth pain for awhile because both times I was pregnant I would vomit when trying to brush my teeth. Seeing as I already had lovely pregnancy symptoms I chose to skip brushing more over up chucking. In turn suffering now. Upon 1 time of oil pulling the pain went away. I'm going to keep doing this because if the pain goes away, something is working. I'm going to add some clove oil&oregano after reading this thread so thanks to those who shared their process and success stories. Another reason I need to try this route is although my husband is in the union, our insurance stinks! A friend needed a root canal whose husband works at the same company and the insurance wouldn't even cover half. I know I've got cavities and potentially something gun related but given today's times can't afford forking out a bunch of money right now. Prior to the economic mess we could. Hopefully it works after a few months! If your the praying type, please pray for my healing. I would greatly appreciate it 🩷
I went to the dentist a few months back. I don't floss, but I do oil pulling at least ten minutes daily. I had no plaque build up. The hygienest told me I was the second patient she saw who didn't have any plaque build up but didn't floss.
Have you ever had a deep cleaning? Also what is your age range? I find people who do not do deep cleaning but oil pull consistently claim they don't typically require flossing. I still floss though as a part of my oral maintenance routine.
@@Nabiyah1 If I oil pull religiously, do I need dental cleaning? My oral health rn is moderate to good. I'm in my 30's, never got dental cleaning done and terrified. Thanks!
@@SG-xb7de I honestly cannot say. Everyone is different (too many variables to consider). Is your dentist saying you need a "deep" cleaning? A _general_ dental cleaning is always a good thing when you have a proficient dentist/hygienist. Deep is questionable, and would need to be evaluated on a case by case basis. However, brushing properly (not brushing hard or rough, but proper & cleaning tongue thoroughly back to front only (no back & forth motion), also cleaning sides of tongue)), oil pulling and proper flossing (gentle but thorough) goes a long way in a short period of time. Brushing the tongue at least 2 minutes (very gently) goes a long way too (IMHO). The tongue is how toxins are released through oil pulling & therefore tongue cleaning is essential. I would say try these suggestions & stick with it & you will see improvement.
@@SG-xb7de Another helpful hint: Swishing with organic wheat grass powder for 5 minutes or so. some people say if you do this, it replaces oil pulling. I disagree, but it's definitely a great addition to an oil pulling routine. 😊
I add a drop of oregano oil, clove oil and lemon oil mix to the coconut oil for dealing with gum or tooth infection. Also always brush and rinse well after oil pulling and clean the tounge. Avoid flouride, brush with baking soda 2x a day and I have never had a cavity.
@Raina Tripp yes sure will do. Tell me one thing though. You used coconut oil and did it daily and because of that the tartar starting coming out? That's insane. Can't believe it man. Have to try it
@Raina Di Benedetto-Morelli i have receding gums because of tartar buildup and I am only 21. Would it help? I went to dentist today and the prices they are telling me for surgery were ridiculous and I found out about oil pulling. After I get my tartar cleaned up. I wanna try it but would it help with receding gums?
I love reading these stories from everyone especially other dentists that say it sure did help. I was a bit mortified of that long squiggly parasite running around like it was a party in his mouth🥴Crazy what you can’t normally see going in your body. I definitely support oil pulling and all other holistic approaches to overall health.
Once i oil pulled for 6 months or longer and went to my dentist. But i didnt tell her i oil pulled b cuz i know they will just say it doesnt work. She told me i had the cleanest mouth she had ever seen. She was so surprised she even called her associates to view my teeth. I have gone to the dentist many times before but never had i been told this until i started oil pulling.

Hey guys where do I get coconut oil? I mean pure coconut or olive oil without any refining? I live in Canada, are oils available in market pure organic without any mixture or not?
I will give it a try again too. Sort of stopped for quite a while, but I am trying to improve my gums receding and when viewing the expensive painful dental procedures: lets just say I prefer not to go there.
I am not buying this video at all. "You can stop the torture now?!" Plus the melodrama about the slide. Everyone has living things in their mouth. NO ONE is going to have an empty/clear/lifeless slide. Come on!
In other words, "Oil Pulling" - may lessen your periodontal problems and eliminate your need for $$$ implants down the road! Expect a whole lot of resistance to oil pulling by the Dental industry. The money you put into a jar of coconut oil is taking huge money out of a dentist's pocket. For a lot of people who either can't get or afford dental insurance and care, oil pulling may be all that they can afford.
I am so happy to see lots and lots of positive detailed comments about oil pulling....you need patience when you start something like this and about modern medical doctors they have their own practices which are very limited and they have never been taught about such things so they treat us as per their teachings
This actually just convinced me to give oil pulling a go. I know it's not a miracle product, and I'm not expecting it to be but after 30 days, there is a difference, even though it's not massive.
Your first sample before oil pulling was worse, there is a huge difference, the 2nd sample only had 1 spiral worm thing, the dentist was following it around the slide. How could you look at those two slides and not see a difference? I’m going to start doing this!
1 Tea tree oil drop added to the tooth brush or 1-2 drops added to a cup of water can help get rid of it. You can add 1-2 drops to the coconut oil you are pulling with as well.
Did you have hardened tarter below the gumline that you actually saw yourself on your xray? It looks like little triangles below the gum, stuck to the sides of the tooth.
I had an appointment in late 2019 and my dentist found that I had pretty deep gum pockets. She told me to brush more. I started oil pulling (15 minutes every morning) and went back for another checkup 3 months later. She checked my gums and looked quite surprised, telling me the pockets had shrunk to normal. She asked me what I had been doing, I told her about oil pulling but she brushed it off with a weak smile lmaoo
@@reyrey4261 absolutely. I go to a different dentist now and I haven’t told him yet but at my last visit a couple weeks ago he was surprised how good my gums looked. That’s all I need to hear to keep oil pulling lol
Hi Paxton, would you mind telling how deep was your gum pockets? My dentist told me that I have a few big pockets (about 7 mm) and they want to do deep cleaning and charge a lot for that. Thanks
That's because you need to use a good brand of coconut oil, like Barleans, AND you need to oil-pull for 20 minutes 3 times a day AND you need to floss every night before you oil pull. Trust me, I've cured my cavities, gum disease, and my son and other friends who listen.
Brother as per Ayurveda oil pulling is done early in the morning while your stomach is empty. We must understand when Ayurveda prescribes something, it needs to be done accordingly. Otherwise you might not be able to reap full benefits out of it. Please continue doing oil pulling and for 10 mins. daily. It really works.
Iodine kills the little guys off. Coconut oil is great for gut health killing intestinal parasites and keeps tartar off teeth. My dogs teeth are healthy again after cooking rice in coconut oil and giving them real meat and geggies. After five days the tartar on their teeth fell off! I use coconut oil in my coffee each morning and my teeth are healthy and super bright white! Also good for brain health too. Good for chickens and ducks to eat.
Iodine in its pure form 99% as i2 crystal is the world's most effective antiseptic in comparison to h2o2 or hydrogen peroxide. Hospital uses it to disinfect the patient before the surgery. It is available online for purchase. Do more research on it to learn more.

After 6 weeks my gums looked incredibly healthy and I noticed that the plaque was beginning to dissipate. Encouraged I bought a water flosser which also helped. After 5 months my receding gums have improved out of all recognition. It’s not a quick fix, but it really does work
Hi, I'm glad to hear about your positive experience. I've been using coconut oil but haven't had much success so want to try it out with four thieves. How much coconut oil and four thieves essential oil did you use? How long did you keep it in your mouth for? How many times a day did you oil pull? Did you have gingivitis prior to oil pulling? I look forward to your response :)
@@coolcreach I use a teaspoon of coconut oil and three drops of 4 thieves, I try to oil pull for 20 minutes a day, not always possible but the results are better. You can see the discolouration from the bacteria in your mouth after 20 minutes, but not after 10. I didn’t have gingivitis so can’t really comment on that one, but my gums and tongue are very clean and a healthy pink.
It's widely accepted as - at the very least - harmless (if not downright beneficial!), so, if in doubt, why not just try it for yourself? My personal experience of it has been definitely positive, especially in regards to gum health. Other than my own experience, once, over a long extended weekend in rural Ireland, a friend of mine develop a nasty abscess with pus in between her gum and one of her front teeth and we had no means of doing anything until Monday, so she took to coconut oil pulling and the result was evident and amazing. Come Monday, there was hardly any reason for her to go to the dentist (she did, anyway). So, just try it. This video does not strike me as representative of oil pulling; I don't know what the guy's expectation was and the old school dentist guy (the kind that would readily advice you to use the awful chemical cocktail that mouthwashes are) seemed to be slanted against it from the start.
Im sorry that this is a sad video and that it didnt work out. For me, Oil pulling and brushing my gums healed my pregnancy postpartum gingivitis. Pregnancy brought my immune system down so much and my gums bled everytime I brushed my teeth during my entire pregnancy and continued in postpartum. I didnt know what the heck was going on. Dentist didnt really help as far as advice I was told it was normal and it should return to normal in postpartum. Oil pulling and brushing my gums was the best decision I made for myself. It reversed pain and significantly reduced bleeding. I was taught that gently brushing your gums along with teeth heals and significantly strengthens the root of your teeth and is incredibly beneficial to overall dental health. May not be for everyone but it worked for me.
I've been trying it lately too, but I do a salt rinse first for 2 minutes, and then sesame oil infused with crushed dried cloves, then follow with w turmeric paste on my teeth, just sits there for 1 minute, then rinse. It's too soon to tell, but I'm hopeful.
I’ve just started this exact regime today . Really hope it’s going to work because I’ve being going to the dentist for over 3 years and they could not cure my gum disease at all , I’ve had so many treatments of deep cleaning at a big cost but no results at all …..do you still brush your teeth after this course at night or just brush once in the morning ? And how long do you rinse your mouth with the oil each time ?
Did anyone notice the before slide had wayyyy more amoebas than the after slide... yet the dentist said there was no difference.. I think maybe oil pulling would take longer but definitely it effective by looking at the slides!

This is a very interesting video! However, I don't think 35 days is long enough to see better results. I myself have been practicing oil pulling every morning for 4 years now, and when I saw my mouth bacteria for the first time at a dental office in Japan seven months ago, there were no periodontal disease bacteria in my mouth! I must note, however, that I flossed every night and rinsed my mouth with salt water after oil pulling. Try at least 3 months or more! I can see Skyler's bacteria decreased in the video, so I don't think oil pulling is completely ineffective if you keep doing it.
Thanks for commenting Rieko, I'm glad to hear that oil pulling has worked for you! Seems like you have a pretty thorough oral hygiene routine. I wonder if you have a healthy mouth because of oil pulling, or consistent flossing and brushing, or perhaps a combination of both. Keep doing what works best for you!
I've been oil pulling for exactly two months and 20 days.. I checked today and I think what might be gingivitis.. I'm really disappointed that oil pulling didn't prevent this and I was an advocate
@@peachcream3689 I have tried oil pulling for nine months. However, it seems to work better if we also eat cheese (that provides calcium) and drink tea, e.g., black tea or green tea (that provides anti-oxidant).
It’s done wonders for me. My oil pulling consist of mixture of sesame oil and grounded cloves. Then rubbing a small amount of turmeric on my teeth and rinse. I felt the difference in 2 days.
I have a question: What was your diet during the oil pulling, what did you eat? We have to remember that oil pulling is an ancient tooth cleaning method when SUGAR consumption was not an issue. Nowadays, in western society specially, almost every packaged food or beverage will contain a ton of sugar. We are consuming waaay too much of it, and most likely without even knowing it. So it's not necessarily the coconut's fault, but what we eat is the issue.
Why do people keep mentioning sugar? Carbs and antinutrients in grains and other anti-paleo food are similar. But so few people report their actual experience.
The second test showed lesser "swimmers". If he continued for a bit more longer, maybe he would have seen some more improvements. You gave up too soon dude!
I suspect he used processed coconut oil, is probably using fluoride toothpaste (fluoride might kill some bacteria but actively prevents tissue healing), didn’t floss consistently or rinse with salt water and also did it before bed (which should still do something given he’s not doing it too close to eating) but it’s much more effective first thing in the morning I’ve found.
I firmly believe had he used some neem oil either alone or with coconut oil it would've killed the bacteria. He could have also used a daub of oil of oregano under his tongue and swished for as long as possible daily. Even so, had he used an antiparasitic medication to kill them off in his gut that would probably have helped tremendously.
I don't understand why some doctors always say natural healing like Ayurveda as pseudoscience. I mean if it is working for people why don't these doctors keep their mind open and say we will work in these procedures of other systems and make a better world 🙍.
It's because it didn't go through the testing of modern science (double randomised clinical trial or whatever). Doesn't mean it doesn't work especially when millions of people have had positive results over centuries. Also they very sadly prefer to make money than promoting a holistic/ natural approach that is often less invasive and more conservative....
It cured mine and I do it every day. This was done with a dentist and they don't want this to really get out. This affects their pocket books so he's going to make a bundle as dentists always do. Why do you think they are dentists? The last time I went to my dental hygienist she said that I have practically no plaque. Before my oil pulling days I had a huge amount AND I had gum disease. I enjoy doing it by the way. My mouth feels great afterwards. I have no bad breath either. I always floss before & where my gums used to bleed they no longer do. I have not had to visit a dentist in years now and I have zero dental problems. I put a drop of iodine in my coconut oil btw. It works fine without but I prefer to use it. This guy has an effing commercial at the end of the video. Don't listen to this BS. i have no ax to grind whatsoever here. I am being completely truthful.
Add Avocado oil to your coconut oil mix or do that first and then coconut oil. Trust me you will feel the difference- it’s like you can feel your mouths opening up in places you didn’t know things hid lol. I also massage my lymph nodes while I do it, and the back of my neck. Helps a bunch, try it!
And his teeth literally look more remineralized (less see through). I have since ton of videos of people who do this and this is common, the teeth just look more solid!
It has to be done twice daily for 20mins in extreme cases....Im doing it now. keep on doing it, 30days isnt long enough to see good results....why are we always wanting quick fixes....?? gum disease. takes years to get really bad. Poor hygeine, bad dietary , lack vits/minerals etc...many things which can cause/exacerbate this....
@@josephrnemeth I've been to 3 Dentist but none of them did nothing for me just because I don't make enough money. I'm still looking for a caring dentist who wants to help me.
No..it is because he is a Periodontist. The Gum guy. They use all those extra screenings to scare people into gum treatments. Now...are there bacteria in the mouth? Of course. My own dentist ( not Perio) told me that mouth bacteria is always there. It always will be there. It can be in amounts that are too high. Using Listetine and flossing daily along with brushing usually maintains it at acceptable levels. If you have deep pockets, often you need a Perio to do something to get those irrigated and closed up. Listerine and flossing cannot get all the way in to those pockets.

I agree with you dentist ruined my teeth it was good before I visited dentist.
How is your tooth now after the castor oil pulling?
---------- EDIT: - The following is some of my diet changes information for anyone who may be interested;
Thank you meatball 2005 I'm having the same problem now so I will try this
Thank you I have same problem my dentist is not doing much about it so I should carry on oil pulling and some herbal toothpaste wish me luck

Thanks for taking the time to give us that history!!!
This guy is FOS. I had receding gums, big black spots at tops of my incisors, after oil pulling with COCONUT oil (tried sesame but it didn’t work) for 3 weeks I have no more receding gums and the black decay spots are nearly restored. It’s amazing.
How many times per day? I have black spots. Been oil pulling with oil of oregano for 2 weeks & I can’t tell if they’re getting better or not. 🤷♀️

I’m going to call BS as well. I had a lot of harden tarter and plaque and after doing it for about a month it came off after a good self cleaning. Tarter and plaque has never came off that easy before. So yeah…
Dead give away when they pushed their procedure afterwards. Typical medical bullshit

It's not the meat, it's the oil pulling. I'm a vegan and it works well for me too :-)
@@ikkespillendekarakter3924 The oil pulling helped with the inflammation definitely, but the health of my gums and the thickening and strengthening of my teeth was definitely down to the meat. Oil pulling can't do that.
@@sportysbusiness very wrong about the meat part.
@@sportysbusiness Vitamines, supplements and a healthy diet does that too.
Happy you change to animal base . Wise move
How deep was your pockets prior to oil pulling?
Would you mind sharing how deep your pockets were when they suggested surgery? Thank you for the feedback.
Dump the olive oil and use sesame oil instead (not toasted sesame oil) also use wheatgrass powder mixed with water does not require twenty minutes only five.
May I know long you get this kind of improvement?
My gums stopped bleeding oil pulling so...
me too!
Me three! My dental assistant was impressed. Didn't tell her anything either!
Soo it works👌🏾
Yesss. I just start oil pulling for 3 days. I hate spending money on dentist too. Making my teeth worst.
Very true 💯

Do you brush your teeth after the oil pulling?

To be fair I did oil pulling way back and while I don't doubt there's no difference in bacteria before and after, I personally definitely noticed a big reduction of plaque and gum inflammation after doing it, as well as the complete cessation of toothaches.
I wonder if coconut oil has vit K2? It apparently has a great anti plaque effect when taken as suppplements...

Can one do oil pulling with big amalgam fillings? Would not amalgam react with oil? Thank you
You mentioned your pocket size was 5. Did you previously have periodontal disease (the stage after gingivitis)?

Thank youuuu for sharing this 😍
Wow, thanks for the information!
Thank you for sharing so much information. I got to copy and save it.
Howd you go?
Yupp, the dentist lied. there's like 20 of the parasitic worms in the first slide get the second slide only has like one.
they are lying and discouraging ppl to use natural route to cure gum disease, this is all staged and lie. if more ppl use holistic healing these drs will be out of business.
Right! Many of us don't have the money to try these expensive treatment options
@@KyleTO7 of course they lie it’s all business but at least we know the true benefits & save money
Exactly!❤
I am doing oil pulling(coconut oil with cloves) and it's been almost 15 days. I had a problem of gum recession and the method was really effective. And also it reduces the blackening of gums and bacterial infection. Try it with cloves.
How do you use the cloves with it? Crush them up and mix with oil?
How long do you rinse your mouth with the oil ?
@@musthaksyed47 about 20 minutes
Yeah, you can feel it burning with the cloves, right in the problem areas. Powerful stuff!
Salaams Arifa, can u pls explain how'd u mean with cloves?
My background is not of Ayurvedic practice but oil pulling is an ancient ayurvedic tried and tested practice for millenniums. The best method I found is below (please correct me if i am wrong anywhere):
Try Oil pulling Once a day every day for 10-20mins and thereafter once or twice every week.
Best at morning, empty stomach
In coconut oil, add the following (coconut is by far the best choice for oil pulling)
Turmeric power( just a pinch)
Fennel and clove powder or you can grind them at home into fine powders.
Let the above mixture sit for 2 days and sieve the powders out from the coconut oil
Then it is it time to rinse mouth. First add same quantity of water and the mixture in a separate container
Then try swishing, gargling at cheeks and upper and lower mouth (especially lower) and spit it out in the bin or tissue (not the sink)
Make sure you use a small amount of mixture and rub it on the gums at the end.
Hw s it working
Clear aligners make such a difference to traditional braces. It's great that you spend so much time on your teeth too.
Yeah, if oil pulling is torture, then what are all these procedures? It surely can't do any harm.
Ive had invisalign as well, I aleays brushed my teeth before putting them back in. But I fins that my enamel has bevome thinner during this time.
@@saragiordano3729 Tooth brushing itself can also damage the enamel though, if you do it too hard and maybe too often.
Use herbal toothpaste and mix coconut oil in it. That way you can still get benefits when you slip up.
Remember to oil pull though!
Increase your vitamin C intake. Bleeding Gums = Deficiency, which one contributor that leads to decreased oral health.
@@Nabiyah1 that’s nothing to do with gum disease bacteria
Oil pulling is supposed to be done for several months before you start seeing improvements. i.e. not just 35 days And it depends on each person, but the combination that is highly recommended is sesame oil and clove oil.
Also depends on whether they continue to eat sugar and other poor dietary habits
then it's not effective at all
@@idudheebsbzdudbdhddhthings do take time
I have only had 1 abcess in my life.
Thanks for sharing your story Coconut is antiviral anti microbial
Do you think the feeling of spitting small rocks could have been actual tartar coming off your teeth?
Firstly, stop eating outside junk food, and oily food, cool drinks, cigarette, tobacco etc,
Regularly eat sprouts, fruits, boiled vegetables, juices, dry fruits, salads, only add it into black pepper avoid salt and no sugar.
Eat naturally so, we will not get suffer by dental or any other problems,
Oli pulling works it is the best home remedy, by doing this you can also cure your sinusitis,

Excellent point.

So Skyler the question you should ask yourself is.......”if I did not have a tooth paste, brush and a floss what would I do?” If your answer is “I am curious-what would I do and how would I prevent dental disease?” Here is your answer 😉
History: Oil Pulling origins - Initially Indus Valley Civilisation - later migration into South Indian peninsula they are known as Dravidians - Ayurveda (traditional Indian Medicine focuses on prevention)
Available resources for dental Hygiene - water, Himalayan pink crystal salt (no ocean), Neem tree branches, sesame oil (no ocean), cloves, turmeric root.
Later migration from Indus Vally to Deccan Plateau- Dravidians - coconut oil instead of sesame oil and crystalized raw sea salt due to the ocean. This is what is still used in majority of South Indian population where modern dentistry is not feasible.
Procedure:
Step 1: Flush your mouth 1 min with a few tbsps of water and 1 tsp of raw crystalized salt.
I want to save this comment, so I can try it at a later date.
+1

LOL 'it took out 11 hours of my life' hun dont you think us getting ready making appointments and wasting money takes out MORE hours of our life😂

@@Nabiyah1 I do second all of this. I have been and will continue to do as my daily regime. Thanks love! :)
I add a drop of oregano oil, clove oil and lemon oil mix to the coconut oil for dealing with gum or tooth infection. Also always brush and rinse well after oil pulling and clean the tounge. Avoid flouride, brush with baking soda 2x a day and I have never had a cavity.

Come on!
Plus we have good bacteria we can't live without.
True.
Exactly and imagine after 60 or 90 days ur teeth n gums gon b buttery healthy n clean n including brushing flossing n mouthwash sheeeesh
You get better results if you do it in the morning. When you have an empty stomach and your teeth are “clean” from previous nights brushing
Howd you go?
Agreed!
Looks like it does work. You can see the differences in the slides. The one after the oil pulling has far fewer bacteria.
Your first sample before oil pulling was worse, there is a huge difference, the 2nd sample only had 1 spiral worm thing, the dentist was following it around the slide. How could you look at those two slides and not see
a difference? I’m going to start doing this!
More than one actually but yea you're right, it was a lot less than the first one.
1 Tea tree oil drop added to the tooth brush or 1-2 drops added to a cup of water can help get rid of it. You can add 1-2 drops to the coconut oil you are pulling with as well.
The flossing makes a huge difference. Shame you didn't add it in.

I like how the before slide is out of focus so that you can't see all of the live organisms to compare realistically to the after slide.
That's because you need to use a good brand of coconut oil, like Barleans, AND you need to oil-pull for 20 minutes 3 times a day AND you need to floss every night before you oil pull. Trust me, I've cured my cavities, gum disease, and my son and other friends who listen.

I look forward to your response :)
@@coolcreach I use a teaspoon of coconut oil and three drops of 4 thieves, I try to oil pull for 20 minutes a day, not always possible but the results are better.

So true. Eating sugar sets me back 2 days.

Hi Alexander,
Could you please share your oil pulling routine with us?
And what results have you noticed?
hi !!! which oil did you use ?
I suspect he used processed coconut oil, is probably using fluoride toothpaste (fluoride might kill some bacteria but actively prevents tissue healing), didn’t floss consistently or rinse with salt water and also did it before bed (which should still do something given he’s not doing it too close to eating) but it’s much more effective first thing in the morning I’ve found.
On my 2nd day of trying it. I've noticed that it does exercise the jaw muscles and pumps more blood into them. I think that probably helps to.
Do you think it defined your jaw a bit?
I firmly believe had he used some neem oil either alone or with coconut oil it would've killed the bacteria. He could have also used a daub of oil of oregano under his tongue and swished for as long as possible daily. Even so, had he used an antiparasitic medication to kill them off in his gut that would probably have helped tremendously.
spirochetes are not parasites they are bacteria FYI, but I agree, oregano might have helped with both.
