hey ,if anyone else wants to learn about stages of lung disease try Mackorny Light Breathing Blueprint (just google it )?
It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning how to quit smoking within days without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my neighbor got cool success with it.

Thanks for all you've done so far. I know you guys are busy making more mnemonics for step 1 but if you can spare the time to make a video on how to tackle step 2 ck, it would be greatly appreciated!

Can someone explain why obstructive lung disease decreases FEV, but not FVC? And why restrictive lung disease decreases FVC more than FEV? Or are these just facts to memorise?
