To those who don't know, Tekken 4 has a Korean backdash inhibitor. When you're at a certain distance from your opponent, you won't be able to perform a backdash cancel even if you executed it perfectly. Tekken 4 was designed to have close quarters combat, having less emphasis on spacing. They reverted that in Tekken 5 so you can Korean backdash infinitely again.

Tekken 4 forced people to play tekken and deal with strings instead of relying on a few pussy lows and backdashing the rest of the time forcing your opponent at a disadvantage because moving forward in tekken 7 is just begging for you to be launched. Its dumb. kbd removes depth i dont care what anyone says its a gimmick mechanic that removes alot of the depth of tekken.

Such as Shibuya stage with jazzy sounds, Parking Lot stage with its hard rock, Beach stage (Kitsch) samba sound etc.. each stage has it's own sound that fits the stage rather than having edm music blasting in the current TK game. If I have to choose between TK4 or TK5 I'll have to choose TK4 for being unique in its own way.
Ultra hard ai is pretty tough on this game. I've found the best way to deal with them is Sidestepping alot, avoid using lows, and punish with a simple i12 like Kaz's 2,2 alot
T7 intro makes you think, "oh it's gonna be some tragic story" "Hey, it's finally coming to an end", "I really wanna play the story" and when you play you it, you're like, "Dafuq was that abomination?".
