Tender chunks of beef pieces marinated & cooked in butter.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Beef Tenderloin (cubed)
5 cloves Garlic (minced)
5 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Ground Pepper
8 tbsp Butter (1 stick)
3 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Brown sugar
GARNISH
8 Cloves Garlic (cut into slice)
