I’ve never played the original game but have always had it in the back of my mind. I think this remake is the perfect excuse to give it a try.
I was in the exact same boat. Felt like it was made for people like us who passed on the original 😊
Yeah people sometimes forget how much some stuff no matter the popularity just doesnt get everyone. Same with why im ok with remakes of movies or animation to live action. Hope you enjoy the game, back in the day it got 9 etc so they lowballed it for the review mostly dude already played it and the other guy likely heard too much hype. @@HelloCraig
Im left handed and i dont recall being uncomfortable with the brother arangement. Bit i played this game when it originally came out over ten years ago so my memory may not be perfect

I never got around to playing the OG, so i brought the remake, and it looks beautiful, and it was like $22 AU on release its a no brainer
Left handed here, I didn't have a problem on which brother is on the left or right stick, I just try to keep the left stick brother on the left and everything is fine
That's what i did. Im sure if they tweet them they will put it in an update. they likely just never considered it in testing.
can i play the game online co-op with my friend? also does it support cross play?

7 is a fair score for someone who played it already and didnt do the coop. Hoping to play this with a pal the ending is really good, tried explaining it to people and they just dont get it. Kinda like the journey game. YOu have to experience it and people drop it super fast not getting why it controls like it does. 2 players seems like you might not get the idea behind it either but its a welcome addition since people just shared controllers anyway. 7 for someone who never playe the original is a bit low lol it was shockingly great back in the day and had great reviews, not sure how the second opinion rated it so low...given the 7-8-9 rating scale these days LOL. IGN.

That's more like it lol, sorry bullied your score up ha. But great review and i think your review part more said i agree with them not necessarily that their score was spot on how you felt entirely. So fair enough. 8 seems good. @@purexbox
After finishing the remake, although it was 'prettier', I still much prefer the original.
The game ended up loosing its style. They needed to take a chill pill on the animation in many scenes.
