    Kannu adikkara idea romba pudichidu...enna rasanai....
    I am a pure vegetarian and I have challenged my non veg friends that Indha madiri oru vegetarian dish irukumbodu, they will never miss non veg. Vegetarian cooking is surely vast and comprehensive.
    My friends in udupi are intelligent cooks. I say this because they don't waste any part of the vegetable. For eg. Mangaluru vellarikka tholu la chutney, vellarikka kaai la poriyal and ulla irukkura seed portion la rasam.....no wastage at all...and 3 dishes for lunch. Heavenly Absolutely brilliant❤️

    FANTASTIC recipes sir ( fantastic pronounced in your tone 😀) . My daughter has now started talking like you - she has started referring to ingredients as "Ivan", " avan" 😂😂 Interestingly explained. Hope to try soon. Just one question- the Cauliflower is sometimes too raw and crunchy , should we boil it for few minutes or is it to be crunchy for this dish ?

    Bhatt bhaiya, it is Kasoori Methi and not Kasturi Methi. There is a place in Pakistan called Kasoor where using dried fenugreek leaves originated. When that was packeted and made available people started calling it as Kasoori ka Methi.
