Vegetarian cooking is surely vast and comprehensive. My friends in udupi are intelligent cooks. I say this because they don't waste any part of the vegetable. For eg. Mangaluru vellarikka tholu la chutney, vellarikka kaai la poriyal and ulla irukkura seed portion la rasam.....no wastage at all...and 3 dishes for lunch. Heavenly Absolutely brilliant❤️

Bhatt bhaiya, it is Kasoori Methi and not Kasturi Methi. There is a place in Pakistan called Kasoor where using dried fenugreek leaves originated. When that was packeted and made available people started calling it as Kasoori ka Methi.
