I made this recipe with cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, beans, potato, capcicum,paneer and sweet corn. I was able to relish it as a salad... Wonderful checf, thank you
In my life the first time I wanted to cook was when I started watching samayal samayal with Venkatesh butt. Trust me as a 12 year old I managed to cook legible food for my family.
I tried this today and the dish came out very well...added cauliflower, carrot, beans, green peas, potato and paneer. Thank you for explaining so well. Looking forward to cooking more recipes from this site.

All came well even my father who never tasted north Indian food started blaming my mother that she never done these dishes in his life time he is 75.

I always feel sad when I remember my bad times and the person who gave me such a worst days in my life.. And I really feel hard to talk to them again.. But u respect the people who was the reason for ur tough times and u told bcoz of them only u have improved a lot.. After watching tat interview I changed a lot.. I did this recipe for dinner along with chappathi chef..i must say i’m not the type who prefers a semi dry sidedish that too with lot of vegetables but the sabzi you presented looked so appetizing and i convinced myself to try it..it was a huge surprise that everyone in my home including me loved it very much and the sidedish was fully grabbed..nothing was left over..I never thought this would be so yummy..Thank you so so much for this excellent sidedish chef

Sir one small request. If you mention the quantity in spoon it would be easy for us. I always use the same quantity you mention and it comes out well. In grams it's difficult for me to estimate. After 1st time as you say I can get the grip of how much proportion is needed by myself. So just mention in spoon the quantity required.

Well i think many south indians dont know hindi so they mispronounce as kasthuri methi,bcoz kasuri methi is hindi word .and i found in google that this methi(vendayam/fenugreek) was originated in a place named kasur and they started using it in their food for garnishing... so its kasuri methi.
