    I did this recipe for dinner along with chappathi chef..i must say i’m not the type who prefers a semi dry sidedish that too with lot of vegetables but the sabzi you presented looked so appetizing and i convinced myself to try it..it was a huge surprise that everyone in my home including me loved it very much and the sidedish was fully grabbed..nothing was left over..I never thought this would be so yummy..Thank you so so much for this excellent sidedish chef

I am on stretch and now already made 5 dishes starting from your puli kaachal, keera vada, Gobi Manchurian, Urulai varuval and this spectacular Sabzi.     Sir one small request. If you mention the quantity in spoon it would be easy for us. I always use the same quantity you mention and it comes out well. In grams it's difficult for me to estimate. After 1st time as you say I can get the grip of how much proportion is needed by myself. So just mention in spoon the quantity required.

      While doing vegetarian dishes like kadai sabzi , you can also give receipes for similar ( kadai chicken) non veg dishes not insisting you to do that .
      Just receipe by words will be better for NV lovers

    Sir I love ur kitchen first secondly coz of you I became a chef in my house. my daughter always likes me to cook differently. She always says Appa vektatesh bhatt recipe pannu PA. All came well even my father who never tasted north Indian food started blaming my mother that she never done these dishes in his life time he is 75.

      Well i think many south indians dont know hindi so they mispronounce as kasthuri methi,bcoz kasuri methi is hindi word .and i found in google that this methi(vendayam/fenugreek) was originated in a place named kasur and they started using it in their food for garnishing... so its kasuri methi.
      Now you know 😁

    I am in agreement as to your style. I am a kannadiga and was able to follow your recipe. I learned a great deal of how to use proper 'masala' along
    with vegetables. Thanks for an unusually inspired cooking lesson. I can't wait to try your approach.
