Rise of tomb raider, it's the best of the new trilogy, you'll like it💜
Yay finally playing this game is the best in the trilogy!. Especially in Graphics it was ahead of its time:).
Facts
this one is the best out of the new trilogy
You notice right off the bat the jump in quality in the visuals and the character models from the first game. The structure was changed too, there's side shit all over the place, and you'll love the optional tombs, cuz you gotta raid tombs. And look Jonah's there, guess the others two from the first game were like "I think we'll sit this one out Lara, almost getting possessed and shot at is enough adventure for one lifetime thanks". If you thought Lara was a murder machine in the first game, she's like the serial killer in a slasher movie in this game and Shadow, the main bad guy's are like "hey Croft is coming, we should probably send some armed goons with automatic weapon's to stop her, try not to get murdered guys, she's deadly". Just unstoppable
One thing to keep in mind, for Rise and Shadow, they actually used the voice actress, Camilla Luddington, as the character model. Megan Farquhar was used for Tomb Raider 2013. Yes, please continue this playthrough. I think you will love this game!

As old as these games are, they're still used to test and benchmark new graphics cards today. Last time I played, I was on a GTX 980 and it looked great. I think I'll try again now that I'm up to an RTX 3080. I can't even imagine. Thanks for bringing this back from the dead for me. Have fun and enjoy some of the best graphics of this century.
Its a great game so ya, play it. This one is a little different in the way where Hunting, is really important, its where you really gather resources. This starting area is a place where you will return to to gather resources from time to time and hunt when you are just short in upgrading something. The second difference is learning new languages. Read everything, it becomes important later in the game.
I really wished this was a survival game along with the tomb raider theme, it had all the basic mechanics

Gonna sit back and check out what became one of my all time favorite games. I loved this game so much. I even still play it from time to time. Loved all the mechanics with combat, hunting, crafting, looting. Gave me all of my favorite things to do in a game. Not too mention I loved the more open world of it and the tombs were much larger and better in this one.

Mechanically and graphically, this is probably the best of the series. The first hour is indeed excellent, but it's actually one of my least-favorite TR games. I'm clearly in the minority about that, and I accept it. It's still a strong game, and I think you'll love it, Mia. Enjoy! :)

Loving the series so far, can’t wait til you get to Shadow, it’s just a lil bit more improved over this game. Lara gets some interesting additional stealth options in the third game
