I dont know what it was, but this made me feel this huge feeling of unconditional love and it wasn’t from anyone, it came from myself.. what a feeling! It made me cry.
Nothing like being scared awake after a long empty pause by "notice your breathing" at 7:40. There's nothing worse than long pauses between words that give me just enough time to fall asleep but not enough time to be deeply asleep enough that it won't wake me.
When I saw this practice in the calendar today, I felt kind of disappointed, as I tend to consider relaxing practices a "waste" of time, especially in the morning, when I always do my yoga practice. I did it nonetheless, reluctantly and, as often happens to me, I was caught by surprise that it felt so right and also so difficult and unsettling for me. I always have quite an hard time in simply surrendering to myself. One of the things I love most in yoga is how humbling yoga truly is. I honestly very rarely know what I need and what is best for me 🙏
