This deep sleep hypnosis and sleep meditation countdown will help you relax and fall asleep fast, as well as reduce anxiety and help you stop overthinking at bedtime.
In this session, I’m going to help you relax and unwind by calming and clearing your mind with soothing, gentle words.
Then, using sleep-focused hypnosis, I’m going to deepen your trance so that you can experience a delightful state of relaxed focus. You might find this experience is similar to daydreaming, where you’re not quite asleep and not quite awake.
The session concludes with a powerful guided sleep countdown, where you will be able to relax both your mind and body. Your comfort and your relaxation will intensify progressively with each descending number.
I have written this sleep hypnosis and sleep guided meditation to help you quickly relax, fall asleep fast and stop overthinking at any time, especially before bedtime when our minds tend to race, so that you can enjoy your best deep night's sleep by reducing anxiety and negative thinking.
This 60-minute deep sleep meditation and sleep hypnosis also focuses on using the power of the breath to self-soothe and self-calm and to reduce stress and anxiety. We all have the power to control our emotions and stress levels simply by changing our breathing patterns.
This video and audio track also contains a selection of powerful positive suggestions and language patterns to improve your confidence and to send you off to a blissful night's sleep in a happy and productive frame of mind.
This track blends guided sleep meditation, self-hypnosis and positive suggestions together with elements of neuro linguistic programming (NLP). It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to stop your mind wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates anxiety - you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.
I hope you enjoy the beautiful accompanying music, written by Christopher Lloyd Clarke. To listen to similar hypnotic and meditative audio tracks, I recommend you visit his website: www.enlightenedaudio.com.
This music is fully licensed from Enlightened Audio with full permission and rights for RUclips publication
I hope also that you enjoy the beautiful ocean image courtesy of shutterstock.com.
This audio track daily is designed to be used on a regular basis - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis induces positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.
I do hope you enjoy and benefit from this deep sleep guided mediation and self-hypnosis experience.
    Thank you for listening.
    Nick

Hello, to quickly introduce myself; I am a medical student who has always suffered from insomnia since high school. Being that I am in medical school now, getting quality and quantity sleep is pertinent. I found your videos extremely helpful! I can not thank you enough for helping me on my journey!!! I will surely be telling my colleagues about you! Thank you

Nick, I have been listening to sleep sessions for a couple of months. I love your voice and how welcoming you are. 😊 I have tried several others but always come back to you. I have lots of stress thru out my day, my elderly parents and mentally ill brother live with me. I feel so much more rested and ready to go with each new day. Your English accent, where do you live, if I may ask? I live on an island about an hour ⛴️ (ferry ride) from Seattle, Washington. Thank you again.

I am not skeptic of hypnosis itself, but was skeptical that this would help me fall asleep. I woke up realizing I had only made it to number 5. 😂 Super awesome. For some reason rather than consciously hearing what you were saying, I started daydreaming while periodically being brought back to your voice and that eventually turned into sleeping. Thanks for putting so much time and effort into your work!

Not 4 hours but 14400 seconds. Just try counting to 1000 and relax in the luxury of knowing you have many many thousands left to go.

    • @NicholasWrightHypnotherapy
