      ShockerRacing - Mojito Jeep x Gladiator JT , I own a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JL Unlimited 2.2D eco diesel with 200 Hp, 8 speed automatic in Fire cracker red. I bought Rubicon steel bumpers, Warn-winch, 37” BF Goodrich Mud Terrain Tires, AEV 2,5” RT lift kit and Rubicon high fender flares in the USA bij a Company called Fortec. The Rubicon model in Europe comes with plastic bumpers and low Sport- fender flares. I will sell it for a Gladiator...... the Gladiator will arrive in February/Marco 2020. PS the standaard Jeep Rubicon JL Unlimited with 8 speed automatic transmission cost here € 110.000,- = $ 125.000 (without all the extra’s !!!!!) best regards and good luck with the JT 🇳🇱❤️🇺🇸💪

    Can you remove the painted hood cowl part (by the windshield wipers) as on piece with the black plastic or do both have to come off?

    I think your removing more parts than a shop would to wrap a vehicle they just cut in everything IDK if it's worth that much work but great job James can't wait to see it completed.

      Jay Smith I don’t like cutting towards the paint, I think shops do that and then you don’t know until you remove the wrap that the paint got damaged. Also, we aren’t pro’s so the more I can get out of the way the better.

      @@shockerracing I feel ya on the paint thing that's a brand new Truck and I would Hulk out if it got scratched 😂 but my real question is what to do with the lift now?

    how much wrap did you need to cover your whole jeep?

    • @shockerracing
      @shockerracing  5 лет назад

      Christian Giron I bought a whole roll which is 25 yards, but I believe about 50’ would have been enough for mine. It’s good to have extra though.

    Now I understand why wraps are so expensive, lots of labor intensive.

    • @shockerracing
      @shockerracing  5 лет назад +1

      Exactly! I spent about $800 for materials, and a lot of time to dismantle the vehicle. Then the time to prep the paint and actually wrap it, all adds up!
