The Fate franchise has been a part of my life since I started watching anime and engaging with the medium. I thought Fate UBW was too long of a watch until I sat down to watch it and loved every minute of it. I also watched Fate/Zero don’t worry; yes, it was amazing. Fate/TYPE REDLINE snuck into my life but I love it all the same.

Yeah this is the first where we see Nobunaga being terrifying without any laughs,giving off Esdess from Akame-ga kill energy.
What I like most about this Manga are the characters' Expressions.
Whether it's sadness, anger, insanity or joy, the characters have such striking and intense expressions that I spend minutes just watching their faces and absorbing the details.
I get so mad whenever redline goes on hiatus it’s soo good,I’m praying for an anime adaptation in the future
I love how type red line makes Izō intimidating.
Usually my guys played for laughs but here we get to see how he lives up to his title and the fact he’s still himself in Kouha Ace and Fgo while being played Seriously and being taken seriously. That’s what I love , and how they make his swift and sharp movements aswell as his whole sword genius thing by how he switches stances and adapts . I love Izo and hope that fgo uses him like how type red line dose more often .
the last GUDAGUDA with the lancer ryouma was pretty damn emotional for both ryouma and oryou and izou and he was a badass there too
To me, Izo in FGO is him being able to relax, Redline is them on duty
Fgo first 5 chaps are not plot-based since they wanted players to grasp the concept of the franchise. Story got good in Camelot and Babylonia. After that almost every chapter is chef-kiss. They are Heaven’s Feel tier level or even better.
The funny part about FGO is that like the first 5 or so singularities are hot garbage, then Camelot is decent/good, Babylonia is really good, and Solomon is really good too. Then comes all of the other content that's either a huge miss or an incredible hit (Avalon is great!) Probably the most inconsistent Fate work out there, since we had stuff like Apocrypha which imo was consistently below average and (bingo board free answer) the original FSN novel which was a masterpiece.
Fortunately the manga adaptation for the singularities are pretty good, they fixed a lot of problems I had with the story and gave Fujimaru ACTUAL CHARACTER and usefulness
The only huge miss after Solomon was agartha, the rest are at least decent to amazing. And of course it's inconsistent, just like with DC and Marvel there are multiple independent writers writing it, that's just what naturally happens.
Singularities 1-5 are trash, Camelot is decent, Babylonia + solomon are peak, lb1 is a masterpiece, lb2 is good, lb3 is not that good, lb4 is really great, lb5, both parts, are a masterpiece, lb5.5 is decent, lb6 well that's just built different, comparing it to anything is unfair cuz it's just that good, lb6.5 is really damn good, lb7 is a masterpiece
this is just what happens when you have multiple different writers for every chapters, noticeably whenever nasu does write a chapter it's incredibly good, but when it's someone like sakurai it's boring at best or horrendously bad at worst
imma be honest 5 is also pretty good
F/SN, Type Redline and strange Fake are some of the best stories this series has to offer, once the story finishes they gotta do an anime for that
And Ufotable or Trigger should animate it
Honestly I think Madhouse might be a better fit for Redline. The style fits their works with Helsing Ultimate and Hunter X Hunter.
Though perhaps Hoods might be better if we're specifically looking for that Madhouse Helsing feel since most of the people who did Helsing are now in Hoods.
That said I do agree ufotable would be a good pick I just think the style of the manga fits better with that more gritty style rather than Ufotable's tendency to use glowing neon.
Redline, Strange Fake, El Melloi Case, and Shimousa are 4 of my favourites manga adaptation.

Finally, someone talking about Type/Redline. I also loved reading this spinoff minus the wait time. Now if only the foxtails and kaleid manga’s can get some love too.

One thing I tend to notice about the Type Redline manga is that it's so raw and visceral as compared to other entries in the franchise. The art is absolutely amazing and gritty. It's hype is absolutely amazing, especially the scene in which berserker is just RUNNING through soldiers. And the twist that reveals that the soldiers will stop at absolutely nothing is INSANE. If you just want to turn your brain off sometimes and see cool guys fighting, I HIGHLY recommend giving this a read

Okita's character speaks to me in a very different and special way than pretty much every other fictional character I've read about, we're similar in many ways, minus the fact that I don't have a sword.
After everything everything, Fate/Stay Night (the visual novel) is still imo the best Fate series ever made.
Sometimes you can’t beat the originals.
I would say that Fate/hollow ataraxia is at least as good.

Magatsu Oni, aka Mori.N's master, Major Magatsu is a standin or even a parallel universe version of Shinji Matou. Funni enough, is a major of the Imperial Japanese Army
Okada's Master, Major Reiter, is the Natzi version of Rider Medusa, who serves the Third Reich , funny enough both share an uneasy alliance of sorts and have moments of sabotaging each other just as their Stay Night Ver.
Nobbu's master wierdly enough, should be a Stand in or alternate dimension version of Artoria, given her appearance, but she somehow inherited the personaloty and role of Sakura Matou, Shinji's bullied girl.

I remember seeing the FGO mangas in a store and they had Redline online in Japanese. I’m so mad they haven’t printed in English yet
Fate redline is sooooo good sadly it doesn't get that much attention, the manga is slow AF like a new chapter comes every 5 months or so and it will probably not get an anime.
If one day it does gets an anime I WILL PAY GOOD MONEY TO WHICHEVER PLATFORM THEY WANT
I’m doing my own reread of Grand Order and man is it easy to forget how rough those early chapters can be. If you haven’t moved past part 1 by chance and really can’t bring yourself to push through it I always encourage reading the manga and watching the anime adaptations at least until you hit Camelot all while using the skip button liberally. Then either at Camelot or after Solomon start reading the game cutscenes again. For main story there’s really only one chapter after that point I think is more or less agreed on to be just bad. If that’s all just a bit too much though or if it’s still not clicking at that point I can 100% respect that.
Yeah I would’ve definitely engaged with FGO’s story if it had voice acting and you didn’t have to do grinding so often for events. I just have more important things or other things that interest me far more than reading the dialogue. I mean no offense to you or anyone else who sits down to read the story as that’s what it’s there for.
@@maliksyv6056 i think it as same as reading books and i love reading books so it really doesnt bother me that it doesnt have voice acting and im actually grateful for not having it because the game size would be much bigger
and i get impatient and skip the voice dialogue often because im a fast reader lol

Funny how you liked Type-Red Line but not watched 2006 Fate Stay Night anime which is story and character wise very close to this manga.
And give a chance to Camelot or Babylonia, two great gems.
1:42 - fun fact - Tsukumo is actually based on Akiha from Tsukihime as it is her character that was in the original Koha-Ace manga.

can you make an video about fate/requiem? fate/requiem have an nice idea of everybody having inside of them an holy grail and with it an servant already summoned that shares your fate along with not dying by diseases and not aging, but the writers of said series are kinda lazy since we get an new volume in idk how much time since we so far got only 2 volumes and on the type-moon wiki says that it's ongoing, so yeah the writers are kinda lazy

I have currently started watching fate and currently watching the fate unlimited blade works ngl at first was pretty good but the caster storyline kinda made it boring
I can see why, Medea doesn’t really get too much shine in UBW. However after that is absolute heat especially once Gilgamesh gets more involved.

Yeah when I googled it for the video it said adaptation. I understand it’s an alternate outcome of the MoonCell Holy Grail War. That might be why it’s said to be an adaptation rather than being an original anime per se. It’s adapting concepts, characters, setting, etc., but offers a new scenario.
@@maliksyv6056 not adapting concepts and characters this is a sequel to the bad ending of fate extra where there was no winner for the mooncell grail war so it just restarted

I'm suprised you haven't tried Fate/Zero yet. Fate/Zero is what I consider to be peak for Fate in terms of anime adaptions.

I don’t think so but they did do the art for the Rengoku and Giyuu mangas. Demon Slayer: Fire and Water I believe.
